For Paratha Dough:-
1. 2 Cup Wheat Flour
2. 1/2 Tsp Salt
3. 2 Tsp Oil
4. 1 Cup Water
For Masala Paratha Mixture:-
1. 1.5 Tbsp Oil
2. 1.5 Tbsp Ghee
3. 1/4 Tsp Salt
4. 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
5. 1/2 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
6. 1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
For Making Paratha:-
1. Dry Wheat Flour
2. Coriander Leaves
For Green Chutney :-
1. 1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
2. 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
3. 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
4. 1/2 Tsp Black Salt
5. 1/2 Tsp Salt
6. 2 Less spicy Green Chilly + 2 Spicy Green Chilly
7. 1 Cup Coriander Leaves with stem
8. 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
9. 1 Tsp Oil
10. 1/4 Cup Cold Water
For Making Sabji:-
1. 4 Raw Banana
2. 2 Tbsp Oil
3. 1/2 Tsp Black Mustard Seeds
4. 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
5. 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
6. 1/4 Tsp Dry Ginger Powder
7. 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
8. 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
9. 1 Chopped Green Chilly
10. 10-12 Curry Leaves
11. 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
12. 2 Tbsp Green Chutney
13. 1 Cup Water
14. 1/2 Tsp Salt
15. 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
16. 1.5 Tsp Sugar
17. 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
In Hindi:-
पराठे के आटे के लिए:-
1. 2 कप गेहूं का आटा
2. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच नमक
3. 2 चम्मच तेल
4. 1 कप पानी
मसाला पराठा मिश्रण के लिए:-
1. 1.5 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
2. 1.5 टेबल स्पून घी
3. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच नमक
4. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
5. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच पाव भाजी मसाला
6. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच चाट मसाला
पराठा बनाने के लिए:
1. सूखे गेहूं का आटा
2. धनिया पत्ती
हरी चटनी के लिए :
1. 1 बड़ा चम्मच धनिया के बीज
२. १ छोटा चम्मच जीरा
3. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच हींग
4. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच काला नमक
5. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच नमक
6. 2 कम तीखी हरी मिर्च + 2 तीखी हरी मिर्च
7. 1 कप हरा धनिया डंठल सहित
8. 1 छोटा चम्मच नींबू का रस
9. 1 चम्मच तेल
10. 1/4 कप ठंडा पानी
सब्जी बनाने के लिए:-
1. 4 कच्चा केला
2. 2 बड़े चम्मच तेल
3. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच काली सरसों के बीज
4. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच जीरा
5. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच हींग
6. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच सूखा अदरक पाउडर
7. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर
8. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
9. 1 कटी हुई हरी मिर्च
10. 10-12 करी पत्ताry
११. १/२ कप धनिया पत्ती
१२. २ बड़े चम्मच हरी चटनी
१३. १ कप पानी
१४. १/२ छोटा चम्मच नमक
१५. १/२ छोटा चम्मच गरम मसाला पाउडर
१६. १.५ चम्मच चीनी
१७. १ छोटा चम्मच नींबू का रस
