I see literally no way that Takehito Koyasu does not continue voicing Diego. He's literally DIO with a hat and a stolen dinosaur ability. I know the current Gyro actor is very good, but I feel like they could do better. A slightly less nasal seiyuu, but still with the same overall "vocal demeanor," would be perfect. Johnny's voice actor, Yuki Kaji, might be replaced for the sole reason that he also voiced Koichi, and I'm not sure DP wants to pay him for another critical role on the same show. He didn't even retake Johnny's voicelines in ASBR, which makes me think he just doesn't want to do that much voice work. Valentine may stay, though I doubt it. Major character seiyuus almost never persist between the games and the actual shows. Jotaro, DIO, Okuyasu, Akira, and Shigechi are the only ASB characters whose voice actors reprised their roles for the anime (to my knowledge).
