A really in depth box opening with lovely molding and high detail just what you would expect, l wouldn't do one not with all that rigging 🤥it would be nice just to have one in my stash but that's not likely either 🤣but the next best thing is to see yours looking forward to the next OPENING THE ARK well done Peter and thanks 👍

For 1/32 the lack of an engine has certainly caused me to hesitate purchasing the Mk 1a. Enjoyed the review, as always, along with the refreshment recommendation. 🍹
Just from curiosity I've checked the prices of remaining WnW kits... thats entire bundle of NOPE!s :) Also, I will be disappointed if this ark opening video doesn't have any melting faces :D

Did the "super kits" of old times come with engines. Remember that many of them did not have engines, but so many of us drooled over them because they looked better and better than the last super kit. this resulted in a money maker for the manufacturer. today, we have top quality kits out of the box and in many cases, no need to add a lot of super detailed extra parts to improve the base kit.....and sometimes, we'd buy the engine upgrade. Maybe Kotare will someday provide an engine for the kit to be a separate display piece. don't knock them because it's their first time out of the blocks, so allow them time to grow their kung fu, and it will be worth the wait. Or make an engine to fit yourself and sell it; it it's good, you have assisted all of us. At least Kotare got a few other things right. Looks like they win " best kit without an engine". They have some big ideas in the works right now, ( not this new Spitfire with the resin figure--that one may not have an engine either) and we'll see how they fair once they get the feed back. It is a shame that a kit maker that good doesn't go for the gusto and give us a complete detailed kit to show us the max limit of their super detailed mojo.
I noticed the sheer size of the Ark and realised how much valuable storage space it must be taking. So in a kind offer I will pay the postage to get it to me. This will leave room to build up a stash of Kinetic kits. There is no need to thank me for this act of selfish support!
