Sorry Rotterdam was so wet, it's a fantastic City, stunning architecture, fantastic Port area and a lot to do... friendly people too........ We much preferred it to heaving Amsterdam, hope you do go back and manage to explore it one day soon!...... Keep on trucking!

It really is worth doing a bit of research especially if you want culture. You missed so much that’s worth seeing in Rotterdam. We always find the best thing to do is get on the Hop on Hop off buses in big cities and just staying on if time is short - you see so much
Great to see you all out traveling again i do miss that, although you must do what is right for the kids i.e. a stable permanent home. Wow CK1 took me back that was my number 1 smelly for the Fri/Sat night out on the Town. Oh good times! It wont be long before Dex and Oliver have a shelf full of LYNX the number 1 Teenage Fragrance! My favourite was Africa lol So many years back now! Best wishes to you all.

I am amazed how easy it is for you to travel to other countries without hopping on a plane..Beautiful city for sure and the kiddies looked like they are loving it.. Love that aire in Brugge as well. Went back in June and there was a free music festival just the other side of the marina on one of the big parks. Was considering going for a weekend before Xmas but not sure how busy it will get on there. Very handy place though and so quick to get to from Dunkirk 👍

Did you look at Duinrell ? You can camp there and the kids would love the massive indoor pool and fair
