I've been lucky enough to have a highly motivated female this year. She was eating on day one, and hopped to the fist on day five. I just started working with her on a 20' indoor creance and today (day ten) she flew a third of the distance. Her response is on point and her landings soft and controlled. These birds are amazing!
It's crazy how fast we can "tame" a wild bird of prey to fly free and return to us. It never gets old and always gets the heart pumping on the first free flight. Good luck with your new bird this season
