mccarthew you have to feel it not just say because ur subconscious doesn’t speak words it speaks feelings and beliefs so no matter how much you repeat it if you feel like you don’t have it or feel like it’s impossible for you to have or that you don’t deserve it you are just poring water into sand .

mccarthew first thing I would recommend doing is getting rid of all the negativity and then blockage and the resistance and anything that’s bringing you down and to do that you can listen to subconscious clearing meditations or even subliminals or just sit down get a paper and right down all that you’re feeling all the frustrations all The deep anger poor every emotion you feel in ur heart down that paper and let it all out and after that maybe take a second to think about it all all for maximum 3 minutes and then after that 3 minutes tear the paper and permanently let go off all that negativity , raise your vibrations by mediations and by just simply realizing that you are the creator of ur own reality realize that u are way bigger and stronger than that problem that’s making you feel like shit once you understand that nothing is real (by real I mean the belief that our lives are already created by god and that we are destined to either be the happiest or suffer and that everything is writing down by our creator and that we just follow it bc it’s not true we are the creators we are the boss of our own lives we just have to realize it to use it to our advantage) and when you realize you are half way there.

Anxiety depression from ptsd caused by gunshot wound and everytime I panic and go to the hospital they say nothing is wrong it’s all emotional but man if it’s emotional than why do I feel it physically! I’ve spent the majority of my life in the streets but after getting shot and going to prison I started to educate myself recently I fell into huge depression tried suicide and here I am now listening to this meditating and channeling my energy I pray this works, excuse the long rant lol
To whoever that might see this, I just want to tell you that I see you. I see your struggles. I see you try. I see you overcome all the challenges that life may gave you. I am sending you all my blessings for that.

It’s almost 3:30pm . Woke up at 8am, read my book finally. Went to the gym, are a healthy breakfast and lunch. About to nap to this for 1 hour before I head into work. Today is the start to the greatest my life will be. No more alcohol and no more nicotine. 🙌🏼

I am on the autism spectrum, and often mask how I feel, so listening to music like this helps me process these feelings, and oftentimes cry because of it. The planet is cleansing. Skies are clearing. It is beautiful to see. Wild animals frolic in our absence. Domestic animals appreciate our presence. This is what we are meant to experience. The virus is what enabled this to come about. Illness is of course frightening. But the cleansing is needed, and is grand! And our timeout allows us to look inside ourselves. To consider our values. Its a good thing. We are awakening to a more compassionate nature. Look at how we express appreciation now, to the medical staff, to servants even who tend to our needs despite the danger. I've been in a depressive/anxious rut for a few weeks now and because I am finally coming out of it Im feeling really happy and positive. This was the icing on the cake. I’ve never read comments of these frequency sessions, nor have I ever seen 100% positive comments on ANYTHING, ever. I’m touched. Four years ago, a temporary disability forced me to reign in my wild mind or suffer. I stumbled onto sound through my study of meditation and without a doubt, this tool was critical to my survival and the person I’ve become through a battle only the power of thought (my own and that of a positive collective community such as this) and love could sustain me. This is my higher power, vibrating in me, on me and around me. No prescription drugs, just sound, various vibrations, mediation, music, physics & philosophy, the love of my friends, my dog and a little THC/CBD :-) I think my battle with this disability is over. If it was a journey to become aware and conscious using this powerful understanding of the physical qualities/vibrations of sound and thought and how like a master musician, I can tune this instrument of who I am to any orchestra I desire, then I wouldn’t change that journey. #GoodVibes 🤙🏽
