Actual question: how's the morale at Lego these days? You guys are hitting it out of the park with the new friends, Ninjago and Dreamzzz sets. Have you noticed the positive feedback?

Those of us that are plugged into the community try to deliver the compliments to the rest of the team when we can. Dreamzzz had a lengthy development, so it's especially nice for the people that carried it through
@@joeldbakerLEGO Dreamzzz is actually phenomenal, the minifigure quality is really incredible (3 out of my 5 favorite figures of the year are from Dreamzzz) and the concept is also amazing. As someone who's felt like LEGO in recent years has been appealing less to imagination and children than they used to, LEGO Dreamzzz is all about imagination and creativity. My younger sisters have been getting more into LEGO lately and are enjoying the show a lot. I hope that the show gets enough traction for there to be more waves, it'd be unfortunate if this wasn't the case

The instruction book seals the deal for me. The build and figures are good, but the book is amazing compared to the plain white books with no artwork. Makes it seem like they had fun creating these sets and really tried to give customers a great product
The only ones I would've boughten myself are this, the Shark or the Pegasus for the Nightmare King, Grimkeeper for Cooper. But that's probably it. I'm sure Oz will come in another set. I go for sets for the figures or a really cool build. Which is the Shark and this are really cool imo.
I love the vibe of these sets. They are like the transforming vehicles from the first Lego movie sets. Embodiments of that you can build what you want vibe, I here the instructions are gonna be choose your own adventure too which is good nostalgia
issue is these sets should been cheaper to hook people in more as there charging prices like bigger brands of sw etc which has bigger fan base and has built its fan base up as dreamzzz is only just starting out in building fan base so in theory should be cheaper sets.
@@soltandvinegarthey do. The mechs are $15-20 and there’s a pretty decent set for $30. Their original themes have much more approachable pricing than the licensed brands.
I love this set and look forward to seeing the others. I have a question. With these getting waist capes, does that give you any hope that maybe the new Rex for the Venator is going to have a waist cape as well and maybe his pauldron? Thanks!!

To my biggest surprise the instructions is the high light. Kinda wished there were more grimlings, I feel like the amount of them in the sets feels too little.
@@Ashnflash the head and arms and feet just look off because Im pretty sure they are the same size as the original ones but there is no hips or legs or body so the middle looks gigantic compared to the rest of the body
