can you explain it for me please? so seonho (childe) will live he really isn't sick, taeju (marco) is what then? he is not the legitimate son then who is? what was the point?

Seonho got serious illness and has been taking very expensive medicine but it turned out he wasn't actually ill, he lacked just some vitamins😆And that medicine was just a multi-vitamin😂 About Marco, he wasnt real son of that rich man, Marco is half Korean and half PH and thats why Seonho used him to get some money from that rich family which was so cruel to Marco. But the real reason was Seonho wanted to help Marco because Seonho is also half Korean and pH so he knows how Marco struggles to earn money for his moms surgery thats why how he planned all of this to help him actually.
