I can't tell you how many years I've had this jig and couldn't figure out what those plastic things were for. I didn't like the jig because it was loose when I wrapped wire around it. This is the first ever video I've watched that showed how to place the plastic pieces on the back on the jig. THANK YOU!! I'm usually called very, crafty, a go-to person for this-and-that, and this goes to show that even the most experienced need baby steps sometimes. Thanks again for the wonderful video and I absolutely can't wait to try these out!!!
I just love these earrings! I first saw this tutorial 2 days ago, and I’ve probably made 10 pairs, in 3 different colors of wire (I’m wearing them right now!) This tutorial is beautifully made. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and I didn’t have any questions that weren’t addressed. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this little gem of a project with us (pun definitely intended). Heather, you’re a total pro and a class act! ⭐️ 🥰
I used 10 inches of 20 gauge wire for the dragonflies. The template is here: www.etsy.com/ca/listing/1409851017/printable-wire-jig-templates-dragonfly?transaction_id=3579954969 You can use the coupon code SAVE25 to save 25% when you purchase 5 or more templates.

Tiger tail wire can also work this purpose or no?
Tiger tail is used for stringing beads for necklaces.
Do you happen to have a video for making butterflies?
I have a few butterfly tutorials and am working on one using the jig! www.youtube.com/@HeatherBoydWire/search?query=butterfly
How do you reverse? im trying to make the opposite side but somehow struggling to get mirror image?
This particular design can just be flipped over as they are the same on both sides.
Love!!
Thank you Angelique.

No. I have the jig. I’m looking for larger round pegs for it. Like a 25mm round peg for larger projects. Thank you.
