Vaughan MacEgan mune gatame is a variation of kesa gatame (or yoko shiho gatame depending on how you're doing it) If you read old manuels mune gatame won't be mentioned, and if it shows the variation we'd now call mune gatame it'd just be listed as 'kuzure kesa gatame'
Are you allowed kneel on your opponent in Judo? The second submission hold involved you kneeling on your opponents elbow and ribs. I didn't know you could kneel on your opponent. I'm new to Judo...
