Sometimes you english say la liga is a farmers league with only two teams. The majority from that Spanish team doesnt come from Madrid or Barcelona, but Real Sociedad and Athletic Bilbao
Yup yet their fans kept telling us otherwise……apart from Netherlands first half and some moments in the group stage, they were outplayed for the most part. They think they have world class players but their players get carried by foreign PL imports. How come they can never control midfield and look comfortable on the ball?

@@Ruscococo1 clearly you just copy and paste what the media tell you. All these teams could actually play and control games and not like England long ball it. Both teams played attacking football and if you don’t believe it go and watch it again. In 2021 Italy again won deservedly so and played the best football of the tournament. Portugal and Greece I agree but we can expect it from Greece because they just don’t have the players.
It’s not a curse. He is too slow to play in England’s system with Englands]’s present tactics and especially with their failure to play out from the back. Watch Bayern play. They play so the best finisher in Europe can slowly progress up the field to get into the penalty area. But Bayern can pass out from the back, which England can’t, and they are capable of slowly progressing up the field.

There's zero chemistry between them and the attacks break down so very easily with very little commitment to win the ball back after losing it.
All of the EPL teams mentioned that can hold the ball in the mid field, the players are not English. 60 percent of key players in the top 4 teams at EPL are not English. When saying EPL is aligned to the English team, that's an illusion.
Foden, Walker, Stones all play for City. That's 1/3 of the starting outfield. Saka and Rice Plat for Arsenal that play possession. England's problems have been the same for 8 years. What did he cry so much that England this and that? England should be celebrating just getting to the finals. Celebrate that they didn’t have to face Italy, France and Germany…lucky…just enjoy this moment….
Gareth continued to play Kane even though he was an obvious problem in the Team, and left Ollie Watkins and others on the bench. I was backing England, but ultimately Spain was better organised.
As a Real Madrid supporter, watching Kane playing this EuroCup made me extremely happy him not signing in for RM, we dodge a really nasty bullet unlike we did with Hazard. So happy for the club not having Kane on our side.
Lol, hahahaha. Any English supporter that doesn't want see that their manager is the biggest problem they have, then, they are nuts. Spain was better team, zero doubt. But England with those type of players, playing like this ? No way.
England has 1 day less between Semifinal and Final. Yes. But who were the opponents of England ? Spain played against Croatia, Italy, Germany, France... No more excuses. Southgate brings the team from the absolutely nothing... but now, for the next step, a new coach is needed.
In the next few days I'm expecting some of these excuses from the British Media and Pundits 1. We were the best team, the referee was not good 2. Olmo shouldn't clear the ball from the goal line, he is not a defender. Also goal line moved about 666cm 3. We were tired because we had less time to rest 4. Rodri shouldn't be out at half time, we had a plan for him and Spain illegally subbed him and deceived us 5. Carvahal mocked us, it caused our players to forget to play football 6. Jack Grelish should have had 1 pint more 7. Marcus Rashford shouldn't do charity 8. Lamine and Nico should not play, its against the law because they are young and played very well.
Never mind all this reflecting on what might’ve been, it was not going to happen. The fact is Spain 🇪🇸 have a proper tactical manager who easily reads the inconsistency in the English squad. Do England have a good manager? no they haven’t. Do England have a good squad? who knows or cares? it’s back to 1966 lads 😂.
England players, while some of them are really good/top, are not even close to the quality of england clubs - I think that's the mistake in perception that's been present throughout the years. They are good, some are great, but not as great as people expect them to be. Premiership clubs have top players from a lot of countries, and those top England players are that good also because they are playing with those talented players that aren't from England. Btw Steve, England losing to Croatia in 2018 was not remotely close to losing to an underdog, just look at the player roster at that time. That's the other problem, England constantly thinking they are underacheiving and losing to "worse" teams - maybe they are achieving just about as much as they can with the players they have.
True England team is overrated though, look at their defense, they play a guy who was injured since February because they don't have a alternative. Spain has better midfielders, Rodri, Almo, Fabian ruiz are better than the English midfield.
England team is overrated though, look at their defense, they play a guy who was injured since February because they don't have a alternative. Spain has better midfielders, Rodri, Almo, Fabian ruiz are better than the English midfield.
Watching England and France's performances was disappointing. Especially because they have had the same coach for a long time and played nothing, they have had plenty of time to work on tactics and bring out the best of their fantastic players. They deserve a better coach and staff team. Good luck in the future, because we want to see them shine and show better football
It's not an individual player issue. When England actually decided to step on the gas in this tournament, Foden played well. But neither he nor anybody else can perform a miracle if the whole team is busy parking the bus.
Agreed. No England player shined. Bellingham scored two goals but played terrible in every game. Rice world class I don’t think so. Mainoo was lost in yesterday’s game.
The England U17s, U19s, U2s, all play similar football to Spain. Don’t say, because Southgate came through the youth management set up, that the England team play like the youth set up. They play nothing like. The youth teams play glorious, attractive, attacking football
I got to start by giving England proper respect. The media will bash them, hate on Southgate while others will laugh at them, but you got to give them credit for their efforts in the second half. Pickford made some fine saves, and England showed strength to level the game. In fact they were outdone by a brilliant team and that winning goal for Spain was epic. The build up to that was stunning. Absolutely stunning. England also had those two chances to equalise but could not, much like Spain could have run away with it. In the end, the better team won. Spain deserved it.
I don't know why everyone's hating on the English football players. They showed a lot of grit and character. If you hate their style or pace, blame Southgate. He's the one who insists on playing conservatively. We've all seen how England can play when they press. But Southgate doesn't relay a clear plan. If a player knows he's likely coming off at halftime or the seventieth minute, he can make sure he leaves nothing in the tank. I don't think Southgate does that though.
Spain is the most deserving winner of this competition. England is overhype thanks to their fanbase in Asia, Africa and the Americas which is due to the Premier League money and global outreach. England has all the talents probably 2nd only to France but they chose to play such an ultra defensive football. They have luck on their side by avoiding the likes of Germany, France, Italy and Portugal if they faced either one of these teams they would have fallen to the sword a lot quicker.
@@ShitoriMwemena Well Spain still have a 39 year old Jesus Navas and a 31 year old Ayoze Perez. Also they have 32 year old Morata playing as first team striker. England have the entire Premier League to choose from which is the richest league in the world with the biggest fanbase as well in the world. Mind you last season Chelsea’s transfer budget alone is bigger than the entire top 5 European leagues.
@@ShitoriMwemena well Kane is 31, Rice is 25 and Walker is 34 but in comparison these guys are at top of their game. Kane is in Bayern which is probably one of the most powerful team in Germany and Europe, Rice is playing in which arguably the best Arsenal team in 20 years and Walker plays in perhaps the only team in England that have made the Premier League a farmers league for almost 7 years in a row.
@@concernedcitizens4110 Tell me one thing! Who won the UCL? Spain did! Not your EPL! There are at least 5 or 6 teenagers who are at the level of your Saka, Foden or Palmer. There's Gavi (18) injured, Pedri (21). Stop watching your EPL exclusively! And I can't remember when an English guy won the MVP award in your league. I know you blame your coach for the loss but ask anyone else, Spain were way better. Bellingham, Kane , Rice, all are just overrated! Watch again the match and look at the benches.
I can't understand why Southgate insisted on starting Kane. If he's not fit to make the runs or track back to start the counter, then he's only good as a sniper in and around the box. And given how obvious it was that England was not going to spend much time in and around the box without the benefit of an effective high press, starting Kanc was incredibly shortsighted. And to be fair, Kane had one shot outside the box that looked like it was going to find the corner of the net if it wasn't blocked by a lunging foot; and people would've overlooked Southgate staying loyal to Kane once more. But to me it's just a low percentage play all the same.
no that's not fair. I'm an Italy fan and saw them go a quarter century with no titles ( 1994 WC final loss, 1990 WC semi final loss on PKs, 2000 loss in Euro final) with the most talented team most of the time. If you are good and go far you will lose your share of finals and maybe win a title just once in a while.
Let’s face it, the coach with the cojones won the tournament. Coaching by fear is over, folks. You have to give delafuente credit for putting the right players on the field, not the stars, but the guys who are going to attack and win games. He made the other coaches look like chumps.
What is funny is Spain didn't even have their best midfielders playing... Pedri, Rodri and Gavi would have destroyed this team. Add in the Young CB and LB they left home. This team is the weakest we are going to see them for the next 8 years... It is freaking scary how good this team is going to be for the WC
Uefa ref robbed the world of a Spain vs Netherlands banger. The Dutch had a bigger chance to upset the spanish side, especially if there was a neutral ref.
No, sorry, I was rooting for them against England, but the Netherlands are simply not a top tier team any more. Not in passing ability, not in organization, not in individual talent.
It's so frustrating listening to these people. "Spain doesn't have the better players..." What are these people watching? Rice average footballer, Bellingham average footballer, Walker poor footballer, Foden is good as second striker but doesn't control a game, Mainoo good baller but inexperient... The Spanish goalkeeper is more technically proficient than the 2 English most overrated midfielders. If England wants to win, first they have to understand where they stand as footballers and play Pullis-ball because that's their level.
In truth, it would have been an abortive miscarriage of justice and football if inconsistent, chaotic, unmanaged England had won the tournament. They reached the final because of an easy draw and sheer individual talent, not because they were a good team. Thank you Spain.
This 2024/2025 season, there will be 5 Spanish coaches in the Premier. Maybe between what they learned in the Berlin final and a year of teaching, English football will improve a little. Excellent players physically and technically, but they do not have a style of play, they are not a team. The key to England playing football and being able to win a competition, with the young and excellent players it has, is called Jürgen Klopp.
I’m English and if we won, it would seem somehow feel not satisfactory or justifiable. As we were never consistent and played frustrating at time. Spain were worthy winners and think we lost to them graciously not so much bitterness as the Italy 2020 final. Well done Spain 🇪🇸 European champs again !
Why are they blaming the coach for the loss?? Not getting the best out of "world class" players?? Rubbish... When will they accept they overpay, overrate over expect of their players?? Yr after year?? C'mon lads.. you've never been good enough. You'll get good when you stop over praising your players

Me too lol - that was insane - remix 😂
Today La masia assisted both of Spain’s goal.😮
? La Masia?
Not even close.
Cucurella, Lamin both from La masia.
Can't be so surprised that Spain dominated. Again. 😂😊 viva!
England had theee most mickey run. They didn’t play anybody challenging until a 3rd place Dutch team, then Spain.
True.
Bruh it would any teams dream to reach the final 4 by just playing Serbia,denmark,slovenia,slovakia....those look like uefa nations group c matches
And against the Dutch team they got a free penalty which wasn't even a penalty!
It was a pen
Cucarella was top three players at Chelsea last season “doesn’t play regularly for his club” absolute waffle!!
What did he cry so much that England this and that? England should be celebrating just getting to the finals. Celebrate that they didn’t have to face Italy, France and Germany…lucky…just enjoy this moment….
Germany was a robbery vs spain
7 games + 7 wins = NEVER A DOUBT!
WC 2026 Spain favourites
Stop saying you can “argue” Rodri is the best midfielder in Europe, he is and has been for 2 straight seasons!!
They still believe their media that claims that Rice and Bellingham are the best midfielders in the world.😊
@@ShitoriMwemena God help them 😞
Gareth continued to play Kane even though he was an obvious problem in the Team, and left Ollie Watkins and others on the bench.
McManaman is talking real sense here.
Lol, hahahaha. Any English supporter that doesn't want see that their manager is the biggest problem they have, then, they are nuts.
Spain was better team, zero doubt. But England with those type of players, playing like this ? No way.
Spanish players proved today they run circles around your overhyped busts 😂😂😂😂
The entire world can see it. Just not England. 😂
Who in England isn't blaming Southgate?
i would blame the overated players, hyped premier league players, BUT when they play internationally you can't hide that anymore
@@casanova8762 Argentina is replete with PL players. They've won the last 2 Copas and a WC.
Kane is cursed. Bayern better sell him to Dortmund soon lmao
The best thing about england making the final is that Southgate will likely continue... 😂
Thanks for nothing.
Justice has been served 😂
England has 1 day less between Semifinal and Final. Yes. But who were the opponents of England ? Spain played against Croatia, Italy, Germany, France... No more excuses. Southgate brings the team from the absolutely nothing... but now, for the next step, a new coach is needed.
Eviva España👑👑👑👑🇪🇦🇪🇦🇪🇦🇪🇦
In the next few days I'm expecting some of these excuses from the British Media and Pundits
1. We were the best team, the referee was not good
2. Olmo shouldn't clear the ball from the goal line, he is not a defender. Also goal line moved about 666cm
3. We were tired because we had less time to rest
4. Rodri shouldn't be out at half time, we had a plan for him and Spain illegally subbed him and deceived us
5. Carvahal mocked us, it caused our players to forget to play football
6. Jack Grelish should have had 1 pint more
7. Marcus Rashford shouldn't do charity
8. Lamine and Nico should not play, its against the law because they are young and played very well.
Palmer and Watkins on the pitch from the get go would’ve been completely different.
@8:11 drop the beat! Party rocking in the house
Spain had deserved to be champion today England was not so good today unfortunately but they should sack Gareth Southgate.
Why is there a countdown? This is youtube. There’s been a couple videos like this now
Never mind all this reflecting on what might’ve been, it was not going to happen.
England players are just not as good as Spanish players. Period
True England team is overrated though, look at their defense, they play a guy who was injured since February because they don't have a alternative. Spain has better midfielders, Rodri, Almo, Fabian ruiz are better than the English midfield.
England has 2 pure athletes. Can't win at this level being so slow.
Spain by far the best side. England completely outplayed and lucky all the time
8:11 😂😂😂
Enjoyed having Frank in the studio. 😅
imagine Guardiola or Klopp coaching England...
Guardiola also lost against a Spanish squad though
@@Denyo666 everyone loses... but England would have been waaaaaay stronger
Kane isn’t fit? No, he isn’t fast enough.
England should hire Tuschel. He would lead England to win trophies
The funny part is Southgate’s contract will be extended for 2026 World Cup. Even Erik Ten Haag can win a trophy with this squad.
How Foden escapes criticism boggles the mind. 0 assists and 0 goals starting every game.
Does anyone feel that watching England reactions is like groundhog day ll😅
I was in Spain before the semis. A taxi driver said to me that England had better players. If a team has better players doesn’t win. Who is at fault?
What’s your point? Do you get medical advice by Spanish taxi drivers as well? Just because he said so doesn’t mean it’s actually the case
Just turned 17 year old Yamal has now won his first major trophy. The football gods are laughing at Kane once more.
Second only to France? From which planet are you? None of these two countries come close to Spain when it comes to talent.😮
@@concernedcitizens4110 You make absolutely no sense! How old are your Kane, Walker, Rice?
Given the talent that they have now and have had in the past, England have underachieved the most as a footballing nation ever.
no that's not fair.
England never has world-class players.England always has overrated and garbage players.
Get a good coach that’s all you need. Get Guardiola. Maybe you have to wait a couple of tournaments that’s all
Not underachieved, choked
@jorgeplanello Even Guardiola won't win with garbage, mediocre, overrated, and thrash English players
Olmo is a better player in this tournament than pedri, dont play to much football manager.
Most besides the Brits would have expected Spain to win. England has the players but not the game plan. Fire the manager and they may have a chance.
Greg was on target with his analysis
Contraten a Guardiola para seleccionador nacional y obtendrás resultados en poco tiempo .
It's funny how all their conversations come back to England and Southgate 😂
The best team throughout the tournament won 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Exactly what i have been saying beey overrated english players called superstar by their fans
Because the coach played favorites instead of starting those with best production.
Obvious that entire world.
@@nudisco7882agreed. Look what palmer did
