Years ago talking to a friend who I thought was a smart guy he went to collage and a trade school
So we were talking about my driving job, I asked why does he think people let cars go by but then pull out in front of a truck? He said you have MORE BRAKES SO YOU CAN STOP FASTER, I could not believe it so had to set him straight

the truck popping a tyre at 14:38 reminds me of one i saw once, it left debris in the first lane across 500-800 meters
Enjoyed the video very much. Sweden's roads must be very smooth and pothole free as there was absolutely NO bouncing or jerking of the camera. Nice!

Thanks to share your videos with us! I'm living in the rainy and grey Germany and love scandinavien landscape footage. It doesnt matter Sweden, Norway or Finland! These all are beautiful countrys with nice nature spots and of course trucks ;)
Go on with this kind and stuff of videos and make this what makes you lucky. In german we would say "Halte die Stoßstange sauber" wich would mean in english "Keep the bumper clean".

The Lane departure warning, is the 1st thing I turn off after start.....safe = okay, but thats to much safe...!

Love your videos. The thing that strikes me is the lack of understanding of how lights work on the cars. The use of indicators. I do not understand why it is so difficult for a lot of drivers to put the finger out and turn on the turn signal. Their fingers work just fine when you honk or flash at them for not doing it right. I almost ran into a car at the highway a couple of weeks ago. Pitch dark and foggy, he had no rear lights showing. My favorite in my driving career though: (in Swedish) En morgon på väg till jobbet. Dimma, kanske 100 meters sikt. Solen på väg upp framför mig, normalt har jag solen i ögonen, men dimman sprider ljuset så sikten blir ännu sämre. Skymtar något längre fram på motorvägen, men tänker inte så mycket på det. Vid avfarten kommer jag ikapp en vit bil, helt utan bakljus. En företagsbil, avslöjar inte förtagsnamnet så här, men deras slogan är, tydligt tryckt på bilen, "Syns du inte, finns du inte"! Det är min bästa. Fortsätt med dina videos, jag kommer alltid att titta på dem.

I must admit that I am a bit shocked. I have been to Sweden once, in 1999. At that time I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxed the Swedish were in almost everything. Traffic was polite. And now I follow this channel for more than a year and it seems to get worse every month or so. The Dutch have a bad reputation in traffic, they drive like executioners, but the Swedish seem to want to compete with us.

Skickade in en film till försäkringsbolaget, efter att de hörde att jag hade en kamera.
Allt föll ut till min fördel, men vet inte om kameran gjorde nån skillnad :)

I like how, in the turn abouts, you act like your going right to trick the auto then jerk the truck back to the left to make it close.
Well, truck and trailer is 24m long. I dont do it to trick anyone...or to make it Close. This is how a long vechile behaves, to not end up outside the road.
Another great video! But, do not feel sorry for the bird; it has seen your videos, it recognized your truck, it wanted it's "TH-cam Moment". Some of those people who cut you off may be thinking the same thing.

Come driving for a week here in the Netherlands and you are over worked for the hall year, we have so many dumb drivers here on the road. Some clips in these video are so close calls that some people are tired of live I think.

Great videos. Is the collision warning system I can hear in some videos part of the truck or Dash Cam? I have a Thinkware with it in but it is not the best, the one in your videos seems much better.

13:48 I think their electric car was running out of charge and that being why they couldn't accelerate past you. Another hazard of these things.
Petrol and diesel vehicles do loose performance over time but that's over the course of a few to many years depending on maintenance, whereas with an electric car you could have half the performance in as little as one hour when driving on the motorway, so something you overtook easily at the start of the journey you could barely draw up beside an hour or so later, and from what I can tell these cars don't tell you when and by how much the max power is reduced, the power gauges they have only tell you what power you're using at that instant, not much use finding out your already on the limit when half way through an overtake in need of more to complete it.
Many biofuels and methods to produce them are out there, their production just needs amplified to supply the infrastructure that we currently have. Yes, that would take millions, but that's still much cheaper than the billions it would take to transform today's infrastructure to run on electricity.
But at the same time tapped the brake after passing me...you can see the light flash for a second. Well well...must truck, no matter what :D
