Butcher paper is so versatile! I use it when I'm decorating cookies to help keep the countertops clean. Your house is turning out so beautifully - I'm so glad the wagon wheel ended up over the entryway - it was meant for that spot! The more you do to make the house more YOU, the more convinced I am that you will be staying in Utah.

FYI, we used butcher paper to cover our kitchen and dining room table from the time our dd was about 18 months old until she was about 5. She wanted to know how to spell words and how to do various math problems. She could draw on the paper. It saved the two tables during those 4 1/2 years.

What a great surprise. It’s wonderful to be part of a great family. Our first house was a bungalow style home. It was 700 square foot on main level and 300 square foot on upper level which we didn’t use. It did have a finished basement. Because the main floor was so small we couldn’t do a lot of huge parties. Our second home was big enough we would have both sides over for Christmas. Unfortunately, that stopped the year after my husband passed away. I
Hope you put LED bulbs in. Then you also don’t need to change them as often. Plus the energy savings. Love that you guys are in Utah. So happy for you guys.
