I Iove how realistic this video was. You didn’t try to show us “oh it’s 7 am, ride & shine, let me make breakfast before I head to the gym, and look at my perfect house, oh and look I filmed my video in one shot!”. You showed us you are like the rest of us... u have bad days, u have breaks outs, you can’t work outside your comfort zone, you don’t always have the opening perfect the first time and so on. Loved this outlook and behind the scenes of your life. Btw forget the negative comments, focus on the good ones because there are so much more good than bad ❤️😊

Those that feel the need to constantly scrutinise and criticise need to see this. You can tell in the video shani is ‘off’ and really trying to mask feeling down until she speaks about it 12 minutes in. Though she does an excellent job masking this, we’ve all been upset and had to do this it’s not easy, especially when 1.5m people are anticipating constant uploads and something to idolise.
People need to take time to think about the comment that takes them only five minutes to write - it can literally ruin someone’s day, and this video really captures that. Keep doing you Shani, you’re always golden ray of Aussie sunshine on our screens

You might want to try to stop drinking kombucha for a few weeks and see if your skin calms down at all. I was drinking it every day for a month and my skin along my jaw/bottom of my face FREAKED out xx

I understand why people say you seem “fake” or “weird” in your videos because I’ve felt like that before, but after watching this I realized that it was because I was just knit picking and this video I truly felt like everything you said was genuine. It’s easy to judge others online because everyone thinks they know all about you and have “the right”. This is actually my fave video you've done! Loved seeing how much work and effort goes into these posts that we just scroll through every other day, I genuinely think that most fans wouldn't have much regard for what you do but this has made me appreciate you even more! Don't ever apologise for the brands you're promoting, some people work in shitty places everyday and promote shitty products for a basic retail wage and they dont apologise so you should be no different - espesh bc you're passionate about products you actually do promote. Also, my skin has spaz attacks too, its just normal and you're absolutely gorgeous so I hope it doesn't get you down too much, I know how frustrating it can get when you just want a clear face and bam pimp daddies everywhere!

It was so annoying! I bought the entire line and had my whole skincare routine down. My face was glowing, but I started breaking out on my cheeks and chin area. I am 27, so it was not normal at all. Def. hate to chalk it up to the Dermalogica. :(

in the UK its mandatory but not in other countries

I’m 22 and have had bad breakouts since I hit puberty and I tried EVERYTHING including like 4 different birth controls and honestly I went onto Roaccutane for 6 months on a super low dosage and my skin looks incredible! I now use Lush 9-5, a rose water toner and a very basic moisturizer and my skin is the happiest it’s ever been! Please look into it, being unhappy with your skin is the worst feeling in the world ❤️

Hi Shani, I have a skin tip I had horrible skin and had a really strict routine I then found out the products were too harsh for my skin, and my skin looks exactly the same as yours, I recommend using la Roche posay from Priceline, it is so gently on your skin but does an amazing job at
