It’s been 6 years since Jooheon is giving us precious life’s lessons, this boy is the reason why I started to like Monsta x and listen to kpop even if for 28 years I only listened punk and the good old 90’s hip hop. Maybe it’s the fact that we have the same personality or maybe it’s more but Jooheon became very precious to me, you deserve the recognition ( and more ) you’re getting from this album. I’ll bet on you! Let’s go king!
The power Monsta X's maknae line holds. Since the start, MX has always been active musically, not just in an idol sense. When they first debuted, it is understandable that they are not given as much freedom to develop or show their more musical/producer sides but it has always been a mainstay and characteristic of MX (idk about you but it seemed as though they would eventually reach that stage and I believe that they have reached it after 7 years of hard work 😭) - even if doesn't show as much in their earlier years. In recent years, they seem to have broken out of that idol "frame" and "label" and became a powerhouse in kpop and even in the international market, with their distinct style. It's not a style that boxes/limits them but it's a distinct flavour that's weaved into their albums and songs that differentiates them even if they are doing different concepts, especially the ones composed and produced by the members. They may have started out as idols but the monsta x I see right now, is a music team, not just an idol group. They're, especially the maknae line, so talented and they slowly, quietly behind the scenes, worked their way up to having an album that is 90% produced, composed and written by the three of them. It's not sheer luck that they got to where they are today but through pure hard work and tenacity.
"I hope that when fans think about this album in the future, they would love it and get good vibes..." See, this is another treat to Monbebe, especially Monbebe who've been around for many years. Getting to witness how Monsta X has evolved sonically and matured in their composition and in many other aspects...I can't help but be grateful that all their relentless hard work has gotten them to this point where they're comfortable about what they produce (the fact that they are able to make songs they like too) and not be so solely focused on bagging number ones. I mean, everything new we're getting from Monsta X are still top-tier, and I don't think that's changing anytime soon.
First, I want to say that they look so gorgeus in those outfits. Second, the reason why I became Monbebe was because Monsta x always shows the great love they have for their fans, and despite everything they are always there for us. I love them.

When i first heard it, i couldn't understand the lyrics (besides the english parts) you inmediately understand that he knows what we monbebe like, what we like to see from every member, the melody and the song it's beautiful itself and you can see he put a lot of thought into it so we could receive the message he wanted to say to us💜💜

I have been having such a hard time ever since the pandemic hit the U.S and I honestly feel like giving up on so many things especially since my mental health has been declining. But the way Jooheon said that it takes hard work to get where you wanna be and although it might be a long and hard road you should never give up. So I will keep moving forward and take it one step at a time. Thank you Jooheon.

Altho I am sad that it took 7 yrs for Starship to finally give the members a chance, I am still happy Jooheon gets to showcase his full potential in Gambler. And the members getting their own self-composed & self-produced songs into the album. In fact, this is defibitely their most successful korean album❤

Yep, his questions were good but it's obvious they hold a grudge about the article he wrote.
This is a heavy interview so the mood is serious and its more best for them to explain the creative process in detail in korean. I love it! Well done MONSTA X and Rolling Stones💗
