Because I know in court of law, evidence is all that's needed. What she's saying could be hearsay and can be sued for defamation unless she can really prove that she's a victim. She's absolutely correct. Am dealing with a sexual harassment situation from my friend being harassed by the company CEO where she works. Because she refused to bend, she's not being recognized as the best producer of the company for 3 yrs back-to-back, generating millions of revenue to the company. She's been denied her bonuses and commissions. She's not been given salary increase. Her meager salary is intentionally delayed sometimes upto 3 months. The government needs to enact serious sexual harassment education and laws to protect women , men and those vulnerable at workplace and other. Sexual harassment has become chronic problem in the country. It's being perpetuated openly because most people don't think it's a crime due to poor enforcement. The sexual harassment causes lifetime emotional, psychological and mental and physical trauma, which affects healthy relationships in the victim's lives.
