Ingredients:-
* Pigeon pea (तुअर दाल ) - 1/4 cup
* Chickpea lentil (चना दाल ) - 1/4 cup
* Urad Dal (उड़द दाल ) - 1/4 cup
* Red chili dry whole (लाल साबुत मिर्च ) - 15 to 16
* Curry leaves (मीठा नीम ) - some quantity
* Dried Coriander seeds (सूखा साबुत धनिया ) - 1/2 cup
* Fenugreek seeds (मैथी दाना ) - 1.5 tsp
* Black pepper (काली मिर्च ) - 25 pieces
* Black Mustard seeds (काली मोटी सरसों) - 2 tsp
* Cumin (जीरा) - 2 tsp
* Turmeric (हल्दी ) - 1-1.5
* Asafoetida (हींग ) - 3/4 tsp
* Salt to taste (नमक ) - as per taste
