I suffered from depression and anxiety my whole life because I was storing so many experiences. I had tried medications and treatments and nothing worked until I heard this message. When I calmed down, stop trying impose my will on reality and found my next best interaction my life began to change. The gratitude I feel brings tears to my eyes.

That line around 20:15 "come on home..." that was so beautiful. The tone was so sincere. I love you Mickey!

I remember going to a bar 30 years ago where everyone looked like beautiful statues. They didn't talk it was creepy. California was an especially critical place based on appearance. Car, zip code, clothes, .... our society at large is too judgmental so it's easy to understand why so many people get down on themselves.

Some of this traumatic stuff happened while we were babies, at least it did in my experience so I didn’t make a conscious decision as of whether I liked it or not , nor I knew I had any other choice than trying to survive. I can let go now, as an adult but, back then, I’m not sure there’s any other way. Could you please get into this kind of situation a little? Thanks!!!!

The message behind the words is great, but he ends up coming across as a grumpy, old man with impossibly high standards and shaming other people for their emotions. Your emotions are part of this experience called life. He clearly does not live in a state of eternal bliss, if he is so bothered and upset by other people having emotions.

Sounds like somebody's stuff got hit! Respectfully, and with love, I encourage you to use this experience to be aware and practice letting it go. 🕊️

Yes you took it personally where it shouldn't have bothered you..every experience we meet in life is there to teach us to let go,sincerely I wish you the best on your path...once you get it you'll never look back!

Lol so is this what projection looks like - who’s the one bothered by other people? “Judge not lest ye be judged”
