Yoga For Humanity - International Yoga Day 2022||St. Claret School

Yoga is a way of life. It's an awareness of the self and it's unity with the universe. Themed 'Yoga for Humanity', International Yoga Day 2022 was celebrated today 21 June at our school. Around 600 claretines and the 39 Kar NCC cadets struck various yogic postures along with soothing music in synchronised harmony and brought into focus the positivity that Yoga brings into our lives.
