Personally, I feel this is RM at his best. Most comfortable with himself. This album is also more in line with my own personal musical taste.
Did you say “Lonely” was your favourite from his previous solo album?
Mine was “Change Pt 2”. So this album is exactly what I had hoped.
All 7 members will finish their mandatory military enlistment by MID 2025. Yoongi / Suga / Agust D enlisted just before the last 4, but will apparently take more than the others to finish. That brings us to mid to end 2025.
From the start of discovering BTS, I don’t believe they are “kpop” or “pop” in genre. This term is a western imposed one anyway. Based on a lack of more sophisticated understanding of the Korean music scene. Although, they were created, trained, and emerged within the kpop industry structures.
    They are a hybrid.
But since we are here for music, I tend to prefer to label them musically. Since labelling them structurally is a bit pointless unless we are a venture capitalist looking to invest in them.
    Thanks for your review.
