The Game Story that forever changed me. Seriously. Mass Effect made me look at myself, convincing me to turn over a new leaf, to become a better person. It also inspired me to see the better angels in everyone around me. This world is still plagued by cruel things, but whenever I seep into feelings of defeat, I play Mass Effect. Because of these games, and the stories they tell, I know we have a future to look forward to. Thank you all, so much for helping me regain hope, Mass Effect crew!
Cheers... Sometimes video games are ...More. In my case I was disabled and left bedridden. My kids bought me Mass Effect. It helped me recover, it gave me hope. Today I am scootering around, and thankful to all the creators and talent on ME.
The Shepards trading lines made me cry. Ash Sroka earns my heart, Alix Wilton Regan brought it with Jen. Seth Green is always amazing. The whole freaking cast is amazing. The devs are amazing, this whole thing was amazing. I cried, I laughed, I learned things...it was just a treat.

I couldn't stop smiling during the entire thing and didn't want it to ever end. Thanks for coming together once again and for everything that you've been doing for the fans since the game first came out 🙏🏻
I first discovered the series back in 2012. I had depression at the time and the series really helped me through it. Now, I'm struggling with kidney failure, and again, here is Mass Effect, helping me through the darkness. I love this series and everything it has to offer. You guys are the best 💖
Sorry about your kidney my friend. Myself as well was going through a one of the biggest depression when I discovered the first Mass Effect (I don't remember the year) but ME2 was already out. I was so focused to finish the first one so I could play the second that I forgot about the depression. That's how great that game was. They don't make games like that anymore. Take care of yourself.
God bless you and best wishes. Kidney issues are very hard to deal with But go watch Leo and longevity he and bostin loyd knows alot about it as bostin is in kidney failure from steroid use plus a peptide experiment. I Also had my fair share of kidney issues as a child But gladly they made a recovery and are doing Well now. There is always hope.

I know it’s an old comment but I just found this video. I’m sorry about your kidneys and I wish you the best with your medical help! This series helped me a lot growing up. I didn’t have a lot of friends growing up, I got bullied a lot just because of my personality or just because I was poor. Thank you Jennifer and Ash for coming up with this reunion and putting it together! And thank you all for your hard work over the years! I love this series, it’s hands down my favorite of all time. My dad is actually the one who brought it to my attention, he got me ME2 for Christmas, and I had no idea what it was. He told me “That is supposed to be an amazing game and I thought you would like it” and he was 100% right.
It was back on N7 day I finally decided to be a voice actor. Everyday I get up and wonder "Will I get there?", as any normal person would. Every time, I remember listening to Jennifer talk about how happy it made her to see fans experience it. I will never forget that, and I'm going to reach that level one day. And pray to meet this crew in person at some point.
Jennifer Hale has showed the most support for Mass Effect and her Shep. With this Legendary Edition I am going to play as FemShep since I've never got to experience the amazing work she put into it.
Her performance is really fantastic. Don't want to discredit Mark's work but I think she brings more depth / emotional weight to the character - hope you enjoy the run!

As someone who probably won’t live that many years more. I find so much joy and fulfillment in playing this trilogy again. Thank you all for a wonderful game
Thank you all for being a part of the best gaming trilogy on the Citadel, and a special thanks to Ash Sroka for voicing my favorite game character of all time. 💕
I'm a Gen X woman who never cared about 'video games' growing up. When a friend showed me the original Mass Effect, within a month I had purchased an XBox 360 and a copy of the game. I had so much fun playing different versions of Shepard. I had six 'main' Shepards, one of each class. I had a male Vanguard, Infiltrator and Sentinel, and a female Adept, Engineer and Soldier. My super Paragon-y Vanguard and Adept both romanced Liara, and they both tried to save everyone they could. My Engineer and Sentinel romanced Kaidan, and were my 'Renagon' characters. My full Renegade characters were my Infiltrator (who romanced Ashley and Miranda), and my Soldier (who played the field because she kept 'accidentally' getting her love interests killed). I played all six of those characters through all three games, and I've been a 'gamer' ever since, though I don't play so much these days because my wrists just can't take the abuse. :(
Growing up, I was always a huge trekkie and I always wanted a Star Trek video game where I was the captain and interacted with my crew like an episode of Star Trek. I felt as though I finally got it in high school when my brother introduced me to Mass Effect. Its now been 10 years since I first played Mass Effect and it is still my all time favorite game.
Jen tweeted out when they had the first reunion on N7 day they reached out to him and will try again in the future. I don't think they ever formally announced he'd be here today though
Mass Effect saved my life, when the first game came out I remember that I was in a really bad and dark place. Not caring about life, just being very destructive with my life. Then one day I picked up Mass Effect bc I saw the cover and it was taking place in space, I told myself I needed it. Playing the game tho made me realize that just bc life is hard and things happen, don’t ever give up. Shepard didn’t give up, if he did the galaxy would have died. Everything Shepard went through just made me realize life holds more. Gaming in whole helps me through life!
Really was hoping to see Brandon Keener & Tricia Helfer join the talk :( Garrus is one of the best written characters of all times and EDI and Joker's banter is just priceless. Nevertheless, big thanks to everyone who poured their talent & souls into this amazing game. We want more :D
I'm on my third play-through of Mass Effect Legendary Edition. I can't tell you how much I love these games. I'm not too proud to admit that at times I was on the verge of tears watching this livestream, even a year after you initially recorded it. Thank you all so much for all your hard work, all your sweat, and all your tears given to this incredible project!
I can't praise enough how phenomenal Ali is. I loved how she was able to retain Liara's gentle and caring nature beneath the newfound cynicism and aloofness that came with being the Shadow Broker. When Liara said "You can't come back and expect two years of mourning to suddenly vanish.", I was speechless. One of the realest things I've heard in a videogame. Needless to say, I'll be sticking to blue babies.
I didn't get my notification for this and missed it live... I'm so mad. I love this cast and moments like these are so rare. Please do this again soon! Make it an N7 day annual event!!!
@@gaspenpayne6755 do I have great news for you then! A really cool game called Mass Effect Andromeda came out and it's really cool. Love the characters myself personally.
@@Knight1029 Its not Mass Effect 4 technically. Since its not continuation of The Normandy Crew and/or Shephard. its more a spin off. ME4 would have to involve Shephard in some shape or form I'd say
@@RepDEntertainment technically it is gonna be ME5. As suggested heavily by the teaser trailer and Mike Gamble's tweets which imply that both the OT and MEA are being considered for the next game. Also it sets better expectations. When someone hears ME4 they will think OT continuation which in all likely hood is not happening. While ME5 sets better expectations as it causes people to think both of the OT and MEA which is most likely going to happen.
Just before the next N7 day I've just rewatched this, two years later. I spent the entire 90 minutes with an unwavering smile on my face, exactly like the first time. Thank you, Jennifer, for organising this. An amazing cast, sharing all these great stories. It brought back so many wonderful memories, thank you so much.
Jen, you are absolutely amazing. Thank you forever for putting ths together, I loved watching every second of this legendary (no pun intended) cast go over what is arguably the best science fiction trilogy in any media format.
I just wanna say that Mass Effect had a permanent and profound effect on my life. Your performance as Shepard alongside Brandon Keener’s as Garrus was my first real step in realizing that I am, in fact, a bisexual man, and that I 100% attribute my own coming out to the performances and writing that was part of this game. Mass Effect will forever be a part of my life, and forever be a part of me. Thank you for all the good work you guys do, all of you, and I hope to see you amongst the stars. Keelah Se’Lai.
I started playing Mass Effect when I was 15 years old. I was struggling with my mental health, severely anorexic, suicidal, etc. Mass Effect gave me something to enjoy when everything else was falling apart. Shepard inspired me to fight back when I was dying from my eating disorder, constantly in and out of the psych ward. It played such a major role in my recovery because it gave something positive to look forward to. There were many times where I had to make lists of all the reasons why I had to stay alive. Mass Effect was always on that list. So thank you all so much for being part of this masterpiece. I've played this trilogy for 10 years, and I don't think I'll ever stop 💜
Seth talking about space was something I relate to a lot. “So you’re saying humans strapped together a bunch of pieces of metal and poured gasoline into it and we landed on the fucking moon? That’s insane!” Space makes me feel alive when I think about it and it’s why I love sci-fi so much.
50:48 Branching off of this...I was a fan of Mass Effect for nearly a decade before I ever actually played the game. I literally just watched TH-cam videos of it and read lore. It was absolutely fascinating to me. I tried playing it a little bit ago, but I'm not a much of a gamer and am really not used to shooters, so I only got through maybe an hour of gameplay in ME1. I had more fun just wandering around the Citadel than I did killing Geth and husks, lol. I'm going to go back to it at some point, just wanted to point out that this universe is so interesting that even noobs like me can get sucked into it...without even playing it!
I legit laughed like a goon and ugly cried during this. So many good feels. I love this game, the characters, and all of the love and labor that went into making it the amazing, experiential story that it is. ❤
Where be the Seth signed Joker posters!? Joker is under appreciated damn it! Can you even imagine how dry Mass Effect would be without his humor? His specifically! It was gold...
I missed this on live cause my meds made me sleep all day, glad you uploaded the video. I couldn't stop smiling the whole time, Mass Effect is one of those stories that has had a huge impact on me during my teens and adulthood. Thanks guys

Thankyou so much Jen for organising these and putting them together so fans could enjoy them. This was so refreshing to be able to spend some time listening to some of the remarkable people that put those incredible games together which I am really looking forward to reliving again from a newer perspective as an adult and seeing the different choices that I make now with a few more years of wisdom on my shoulders. Thankyou for all the hard work that you do. It is very much appreciated. So great to hear tali and joker in the flesh as well. Brilliant job! Looking forward to hearing more about the future Mass Effect announcement that you are surely working hard on. Thanks team!
Thanks for doing this, lots of fun! Random thoughts- I felt bad for Kimberly; don't think she ever got to talk even once other than her lines. She's one of my favorites too 😕 Also I want more details on what's going on behind Fred there- three guitars and a drum set?! Hell yeah🤘 Would loved to have heard a Vorcha line or two from Mark Meer. I feel like having 20 people at once like this is kind of tough and it might be better to try maybe 2-3 people at a time for 15-20 minutes each? Just an idea...
This is the first time I’ve been able to bring myself to watch most of these people in real life. I didn’t want to think of them as anything but the character. It was completely worth it to be able to hear the stories and also heartwarming to see how much everyone genuinely likes each other. Thank you for putting this together.
Mass effect was my childhood. I played it first when I was 14. I binged 1 and 2 over two weeks, just non stop. This series means so much to me. Mass Effect was the first game where I saw LGBT characters, and as a young lesbian who was struggling to accept themselves, I can't tell you what that meant to me. Thank you all for your amazing vocal performances and the hard work that was put into making such special games. There's a reason so many people are still playing so many years later and it's down to the storytelling, design, writing, voice acting, just everything that makes Mass Effect so special.
Damn JC brought the rain down with the brit gag. That was a solid 5 minutes of me laughing but no noise was coming out. Like a tea kettle wheeze. I'm just glad I was able to watch this in real time. Made it all more special. Thank you all.
When I was 15 and Mass Effect 3 was coming out, floods hit the Riverina area of Australia and I was adamant to walk through knee high water the 56 kilometres into town, boogie board and all, thankfully my cousins got their 4x4 working and we drove in. The work of Mass Effect was a story that has inspired my life and it’s something I think about every time I watch a Sci-fi show or watching something about space and it’s one of the key things that’s inspired me to want to be adamant with space exploration, it saddens me to a point, thank you all for your work.
When DC Douglas said "7 minutes", my jaw dropped and I was like "WHAT??!!". I INSTANTLY got the reference and I was mind blown because I didn't know he was the one that voiced Wesker.
Gosh this is so freaking awesome. Makes me so happy to see all these beautiful faces and voices together!! My absolute favorite series ever. I remember unboxing the ME trilogy box for Xbox 360 on Christmas and I blew off my family all day😂😂 I finished my first run of ME1 at like 4am on the day after Christmas. Mass Effect and especially these voices contributed to who I am today in such an astronomical way. Viewing life as a series of branching choices with consequences saved me from countless bad decisions and allowed me to make a lot more positive choices in my life, from my youth to now. I’ll spare you guys the novel, however, I have to say this series and their performances have impacted my life in ways nobody on this panel could even imagine. Thank you all so much.

Never "met" a single one of you, and yet I love you all.
Thank you for the neverending adventures
Would've been great to see Brandon keener since he's barely in any of these and i genuinely like his work.
Still, this was amazing and I'm so happy to see most of the main cast together.
Me too x
He'll be here as soon as he's done with his calibrations.
I will never not giggle like a school girl with Blum's "Heh...heh...heh" as Grunt. This game trilogy, and everything in it, was like lightning in a bottle. Nothing will come as close, and nothing will quite compare. This was a fabulous watch.
It’s awesome how many different types of ppl this game helped through some hard times. Thanks for sharing.
I find it interesting and wonderful how both male Shep and Female Shep really felt like the same character. They were just different sides of the same coin.
I wish Zaeed is still with us today.
Fry you SOB!
Wow I had no idea he died. That's sad.
I love the scene at 1:19:04 so much. I can literally imagine Shepard and Tali having this conversation. Best in-game relationship ever 😭
I couldn't stop smiling during the entire thing and didn't want it to ever end. Thanks for coming together once again and for everything that you've been doing for the fans since the game first came out 🙏🏻

@@kingaragornii9940 you look like you need to go outside more and touch some grass.
@@antonhallergren588 My kidney failure is linked to my eye condition. I'm not blind, but I have bad eye sight. I don't know how the two are connected, but that's what they told me. Luckily, I've got a potential donor. We started doing all the tests last week
Thank you guys for all your kind words. I really appreciate it. God bless all of you, and enjoy the Mass Effect Legendary Edition
I know it’s an old comment but I just found this video. I’m sorry about your kidneys and I wish you the best with your medical help! This series helped me a lot growing up. I didn’t have a lot of friends growing up, I got bullied a lot just because of my personality or just because I was poor. This game series helped me not feel so alone, It was just so well written it was like the characters were real people as sad as that sounds. Now here I am once again struggling to get friends as an adult and mass effect gets rereleased
Jennifer Hale is basically Commander Shepard once she finally decides to hang up the uniform and live off the royalties from the vids. ♡ You're not only the voice but also the soul of FemShep and we will love you for that forever. You made me cry more times than any other piece of media ever. It was a powerful and uforgettable performance. Thank you! ...I should go.
Omg I never thought about it that way! "We've fought a war together!" (Seth green) 🥰🥰🥰 thank you for all that participated in this! Thank you Jennifer hale!
Hope those interested will be asked to star or work on the movie when that comes rolling around
RIP Robin Sachs " Thats Goddamn Suicide! " And Sit Down! Guy is my get Sh-t done with Z Massani #2 love that Mercenary
Until your comment, I completely forgot about that. Zaeed was one of my favorites
I remember that. Very sudden and unfortunate
I love it when an Actor is this passionate about what they do, everyone here loves this series as just as much as we do.
Oh are you in for a treat!
I love playing FemShep as a renegade for some reason.
@@vashthafellomen816 Same
Her performance is really fantastic. Don't want to discredit Mark's work but I think she brings more depth / emotional weight to the character - hope you enjoy the run!
Mark does a great job but I really do prefer jens version of it. Hers is just a little more energetic
Such a wholesome event, thank you guys! See you all on N7!
P.S. So thrilled Ash picked one of my questions
:)
Seeing FemShepherd and Commander Shepherd giving each other the fist bump like this makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.
they are both commander shepard.

Thank you all for changing my life in the best possible way
It's awesome to see Ash Sroka with the rest of the cast. I actually don't think I've EVER seen her in an interview..
;)
Growing up, I was always a huge trekkie and I always wanted a Star Trek video game where I was the captain and interacted with my crew like an episode of Star Trek. I felt as though I finally got it in high school when my brother introduced me to Mass Effect. Its now been 10 years since I first played Mass Effect and it is still my all time favorite game.
Seth green's presence was a surprise did they say he was going to be part of the panel because I don't remember seeing his name listed anywhere?
Jen tweeted out when they had the first reunion on N7 day they reached out to him and will try again in the future. I don't think they ever formally announced he'd be here today though
They announced it a few days ago on twitter :)
The idea of Saren running a blog is amazing
Thank you all! But to Ash Sroka ❤️
Really was hoping to see Brandon Keener & Tricia Helfer join the talk :( Garrus is one of the best written characters of all times and EDI and Joker's banter is just priceless. Nevertheless, big thanks to everyone who poured their talent & souls into this amazing game. We want more :D
57:48 this unit woke up today and chose violence
This was so fun. Just imagine having a commentator track in Mass Effect Legendary Edition.
WHERE IS KEITH DAVID???????? ANDERSON WAS OUR FATHER FIGURE!!!
When I read your comment, I immediately heard it in Anderson's voice haha
Would've been awesome to see him and Lance too
He's probably crusading as the ARBITER
Thank you so much to the cast and crew for this beautiful stream!!
I missed Garrus but oh my god thanks guys
I didn't get my notification for this and missed it live... I'm so mad. I love this cast and moments like these are so rare. Please do this again soon! Make it an N7 day annual event!!!
Loved the stream so much. I hope to see the Mass Effect 5 as awesome as all the old games and new game of Mass Effect. Much love from everyone.
5? Wait there's a 4?

Thank you, Jennifer, for organising this. An amazing cast, sharing all these great stories. It brought back so many wonderful memories, thank you so much.
The best trilogy of all time!
Thank you again :)
This was sooo cool to stumble on. You know a series is great when the cast still loves to talk about their work even years later.
That was fun - really enjoyed the memories & listening to the friendly banter! You're a fun bunch, and a breath of fresh air in these crazy times!
22:38 😂😂 The meat in the Shepard sandwich
That’s insane!”
Space makes me feel alive when I think about it and it’s why I love sci-fi so much.
Playing as Femshep for the first time. I named her Jennifer Shepherd in honor of you. You are an amazing human being. Love your passion.
This was, is and ever will be my crew! Love you all so much!

He probably knows how many people would "Ramirez" him.

It's so great to have something like this when you're doing the simple stuff like scanning planets etc. What a great collaboration
