- In this episode Bobby is about to go on vacation leaving Justin in charge. Well it just so happens that there are some unfortunate events to take place during Bobby's absence.

hey bobby man i watched swamp loggers on discovery and now i watch it on quest i got so mad when they stopped showing it on sunday morning starting at 9 am into the afternoon i have seen every show a hundred times over and over it never gets old to me i can watch swamp loggers 24 7 i just starting watching your youtube channel and its great to so mr goodson i think i will subscribe and give it a big thumbs up.looks like you have a good crew and bud yall keep on keepin on.
hi from australia...i use to love watching this show on tv ...now its even more enjoyable...the only thing that has upset me is the size of the steaks bobby was cooking in one of the videos..im flying over there just to get a steak..

Hope the new trucks work out well for you but and i understand the problem of running older units. One thought might be to look into a method that the mining industry has moved towards. Especially coal where margins are very thin. Hire your own truck mechanic and then purchase older trucks and have him go thru and rebuild them from the ground up. Fresh engine/trans brakes and suspension, etc. Cheaper to rebuild than to buy new and this workload would keep your mechanic fully burdened. Once you have trucked them long enough to recoup the refurbishment cost you could sell the oldest one(hopefully for a decent profit if you have all the rebuild documentation) and start the cycle over. Maybe something that could work for you and would allow you to have a dedicated truck mechanic on staff that you could pull away from rebuilds to cover the pop up issues.

Thanks Bobby for keeping us updated on the trucks. I'm a former trucker with 40 years experience . Paper logs 10 and 13 speed trucks KW 's were my favorite.

They pile up the glub and the sticks and the sludge,
And Bobby and the gang getting stuck in the mud.
We searched and we searched with the copter up above,
But we can't find stash where the beaver piles trash.
So pray for us today as we tarry in our ways,
Working for a living and scratching out our days.
This big old swamp in for which we live,
Holds the water back too high for our equipment to survive.
We gotta find the dam and the beavers in this land,
So we do our job in this Carolina sand!!

It's a sad world. SMH. Never met the Goodson's in person but judging from what I've seen and heard from Tim O'Bryant (Cotontop3), if the guy would have asked, y'all would have been more than happy to help him out of his boggy situation. There is two kind of folks that I have no use for.... thieves and liars. Keep up the great videos!

If it were possible Bobby, I'd bring in a tub grinder to mulch the butts. But amlost 2,800 miles makes it difficult.. Lots of them for sale out here in the Pacific Northwest in Washington State. But the price is much lower than new.

Has anyone suggested to Corbett to use airborne LIDAR to map the area. I believe vegetation can be filtered out of the scans and the beaver dams may be located.

Great camera video quality. Would like to see more footage of cutting, pulling and loading. Thanks for keeping the videos going
You need one of those Sherps to go back in there and find the beaver dams.
Call a helicopter equipped with a " flir " forward looking infrared. Radar that can look through heavy brush day or night and show you on a computer where the beaver dams are. Who had a flir equipped helicopter? State and large city police forces. Check with them to find out who operates a flir equipped helicopter in the civilian world. It will be expensive but cheaper then men on the ground and a lot faster to find, then the they can guide you to the damns or bring you to them if there too far off the beaten path.

Thanks for the update and videos. I have a friend that has a wood business similar to your and he cuts and hauls mostly pine . Here in Florida. And in the next county over from here. They is a Corbett fellow I believe his name Chuck Corbett he’s from up your way in North Carolina. He’s got a mill used to take in cypress. It looks like he is doing fire wood now.
