Great information! Thank you. Is it ideal and easy to take the HOHO from V&A waterfront to Simon's Town to see the penguins as opposed to a private or ship tour?
Hi Annette! Anytime :) So you can take the HOHO from the V&A Waterfront, but it is a specific bus that is different to the normal city sightseeing one. It's called Cape Explorer. I'll copy you in a link below which shows the map. Also- if you happen to be there for an overnight stay, i'd suggest looking into the two day pass, amazing value to see a lot of the city / greater area. If you do that, i'd say go down to Simon's Town on the first day- then you aren't having to worry about the all aboard (departure) time when you are a long distance away from the port. I hope this helps! www.citysightseeing.co.za/en/cape-town/map-cape-town
