A similar problem to the one posed in this episode of "How to communicate with aliens?" is "How do we communicate dangerous sites of nuclear waste to future civilizations?" There are whole multidisciplinary teams currently working on that problem, in case of a possible future where none of our current languages or systems of making meaning are obsolete, since radioactive effects can linger for up to tens of thousands of years. The question was posed to a grad school class I was in months ago, and I still find the idea fascinating.
I would choose to keep my body young, because at 24 years old I'm already having issues that people under 50 shouldn't have, but also, think about this: As a 90 year old with a 30 year old's mind: you wanna hit the clubs, you wanna have random meaningless sex, you wanna dress in new, fashionable clothes, you'll wanna do stuff that 30 year olds can do with ease, maybe climb a tree or skateboard or whatever, but your body won't be able to do it. It'll be like right now having a 90 year old body. It will lead to depression because you can't have fun doing anything, you're confined to your bed and your home As a 90 yo with a 30 yo body, you'll be just like any other 90 yo person, but without pains and aches and will be able to do pretty much what you please, you can travel, you can do stuff around the house, you can feel good
