Various shots of chimp washing little girl's face with damp flannel. C/U monkey trainer. Various shots of chimp trying to brush little girl's hair, she takes the brush from him and brushes his hair. Chimp takes brush back and brushes own head, pan to girl who takes 2 dolls from cupboard and throws them towards chimp. Chimp puts down brush and rejects doll. Teddy bear is thrown at him. C/U Chimp touching bear's eyes. Man's hand stops him pulling it off. Little girl picks up teddy, chimp picks up brush, waving it like baton before starting to brush head. C/U trainer's head. Chimp rises and girl hugs him.
Little girl is Alexis Kerr, daughter of Bertram Mills Circus' lion tamer. Monkey trainer is Signor Sciptini.
