I am big fan of Asian cuisines as well as yours show , a couple years ago I had a dish called Ma La chicken, it was a very tasty and spicy dish , I looked for a recipe but could not find one , could you do a segment on this delightful dish some time please .

We ended up with a $30 dry hot pot when we only wanted a little snack. Thank goodness our plane out of Dulles was 2 hours late so we at least had something to eat!
Omg I LOVE tripe! When you had the close up of the first dish, I immediately saw that first and I was like "oh I need that right now..." also I thought wood ear is a fungus (I love wood ear too btw!)
