@the_mse I'll be honest, I don't remember his DMC5 start music. Though also, as much as I do like Bury the Light. I'm not a massive fan of it. It doesn't feel very "Vergil-like" to me in terms of the style of it. The lyrics certainly fit though. To me "The Duel" is the penultimate Vergil track in DMC5.
@the_mse I thought DMC3 Had the best soundtrack. Until 5 was out, and now I'd say the exact opposite of your comment. I recognize Bury the Light is very different from what we'd expect from vergil, but I actually don't see why it wouldn't fit him. I think it did, and perfectly.
The Ambience, The structure, the Theme, The Melody, the background, the character. Everything aligning perfectly, Especially when we're talking about Vergil. This is like diving into what Vergil's mind looks like.
This is great because I see playlists like this done for a character but then the music never really lines up fully, but this one really does. The dmc low chimes and music notes associated with Vergil scenes scattered within are really great.
I’m glad you saw the connection between the music and the character. I always aim to honor the characters by integrating specific elements that resonate with their vibe and essence. 🙂

That was actually my initial idea, but I got carried away with my own concepts, haha. However, I'm still thinking about creating a version of 'Bury the Light' for the channel-I'm really addicted to that track! 🙂
As always, amazing track, brother! Just out of curiosity, for the animated still images in your background, are you using the Motion Brush tool from Runway's Gen-2, or something else? Could you share which tool you use for animating elements like fire, water, etc.?
