I love that you guys post this and explain everything in simple terms
Loved this one! I love to hear about you guys making the same trading mistake that I do. Your openness and willingness to admit your errors gives you even greater credibility.
What a great study, really appreciated. Best.
Excellent ! Valuable. Good job.
Very cool, I love it
Does the tail risk reduce if 10$ or 20$ wide credit spread is deployed instead of naked put?
This happened to me on NVDA the day it dropped 10%.
Selling puts in this distorted environment is dangerous
Selling puts on NVDA? 🤯
@@zoraster3749 A put credit spread that went deep ITM.
Whats a 25 delta put?
@@zoraster3749 Put credit spread that went deep ITM.
a wonderful video, it's clearly from a place of experience
there are a lot of strategy involved with this
it's clear these strategies have been tested over time
taking account the risk of increasing position size
i would only increase when the market is moving my way with considerable volume
as traders we trade our system, that's all we need to do
How to increase delta? Close out position and open one closer to the strike price?
yep
What you mean by increasing deltas on undefined risk trades? Going from delta 10 to delta 20 e.g.?
That is exactly what it means!!! for instance, raising your short put delta from 16 to 20 you will collect a higher premium (credit) for that expiration cycle.
I love these niggas so much ❤❤😂. Thanks Tom and Tony.
I like listening to these guys, but the general gist of literally all of what they say is just to buy SPY, because everything is totally random
