I find that there are always too many plots of land ripe for development just in front of the places offered on this programme! The buyers think they have a wonderful view … but what will happen in the coming months…. Be warned!,
I am happy to finally hear a 'I don't need a big bedroom, I'm just to going to sleep in it' and ''I don't need a huge kitchen, I'm dining out anyways'. That's always annoying me while watching this show: why would you need a huge bedroom, kitchen or storage room in a holiday home? Right, you really don't.
I wasn't expecting a "No Buy", although it made sense to keep on looking to find exactly what she would like, if money isn't much of a problem. It would have been better if she had known all these things first, but this show is showing the possibilities.

Sadly what APITS never tells their home buyers is the tax they will have to pay on top of the agreed price!! it can be anything from 7% to 15% .
