The compare/agent was really great. He was confident, working hard for the buyers and had really good negotiation skills. He was also endearing and fun. I think he is the best I have seen. Well done. Nice couple too, and special attachment to the region is nice too.
We live in this area and prices have shot up since this was filmed. You can still get an apartment for 140k but a lot more for a house. Questions to ask. DOES IT HAVE TITLE DEEDS. IS THE VIEW IN FRONT OF MY APARTMENT GREEN LAND OR CAN THEY BUILD ON IT? WHO IS THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR THE COMPLEX.
And what are the monthly maintenance fees? (I like your point about the empty lot in front of properties. Rarely do the buyers ask if it can be developed or not.)
@@nancyn347 monthly maintenance fees are legally based on the square footage of your apartment and balcony so if you have a penthouse you will be paying more than others. They range from 30 Euros a month up to 200 Euros a month. Yes- so important to do the research- there are many buyers here who still dont have title deeds or buildings in bad condition because there is no maintenance company.
Hi I would love the house if I can have a property like this it'll be beautiful I'm an Australian citizen I don't know how much it is in Australian dollars
weird 3000 diff. and they went 105,000 for the 2nd property ... lol...then it got worst .. they went up 2500 on the 2nd property to 107,000 but they could not go to 103,000 for the 1st property WHATEVER lol .. the way they think is ?????
I agree. It was a bit odd. I think that they focused entirely on the first offer of house #5 being 103k, even though it hadn't been accepted. Just because it's offered doesn't mean it's what it sold for. And I think they were a bit irked that the seller of property #2 refused to budge on the price.

Congratulations you two!
