The authenticity to the movie is just amazing. You guys have really captured the spirit and realism of the movie and being such a huge fan of the TCM franchise, I absolutely love it. Love the Henkel Kimco on the fuel pump at the end.

@@MH-eu1dr Authenticity to the *1974 movie,* not the actual killings of Ed Gein. And of course some creative liberties have to be taken, because *it's a game.* If we just had one map, how much gameplay would there be?

@@whiteydiamond Why you say that? In my opinion the gameplay captures the 3rd act of a TCSM film perfectly. The victims desperately trying to escape the family’s horrors at all cost. Escaping one only to run into another.

Friday the 13th was such a gem. I hope this one can keep the same gem. I also like the idea of multiple people being killers instead of one
This game is big improvement than Friday the 13th game. Better graphics, sound , stealth , gameplay, more intense than dead by daylight.
@@bobbybernard5977f13 got canceled so if they were able to continue to invest in that game it would've been THE BEST multiplayer horror ever imo. i still hope that one day some dev team picks up where they left off and recreates that game

I for sure hope this one won't die as fast as Friday The 13th. And will surpass DBD, which is nearly impossible these days.
Which blows my mind because DBD is trash. That being said Friday the 13th still has an active player base, i never have trouble finding a game.

@@ryukomatoi3540it grew too much thanks to lack of competition and licenses, so its impossible to compete with it even if devs keep fucking things up over and over again. Hope tcm at least becomes a viable alternative unlike all the others.
DBD will never be surpassed, not in playerbase, not in sales and not in popularity. It brings something no other asymmetrical brings which is licenses, plenty of replayability choosing from a plethora of classics like Nightmare on Elm Street, The Ring, Scream and Texas Chainsaw, games like this one and others simply cannot compete with that when they opt to base the entire game on a single license, Gun Media has already alienated players who prefer other horrors classics and of course players who prefer original content, which DBD dabbles in both, they'll always have the edge over games like this...

I'm so excited to play this, TCM is one of my all time favourite movies. It's great to see that there are different finishing moves too.

I highly recommend this game I played like 30 hours total on the technical servers when it was live for 3 days I was legit addicted I couldn’t stop playing that’s how much fun I had it’s super competitive as well I’m a try hard cook I always be putting the padlocks 🔒 on the doors and gate

You’re hearing from the wrong people then, lol. For a tech test, and myself watching one streamer who played it all weekend for hours each day, there were hardly any game breaking glitches. One of the funny ones was with the victims being glitchy and having a possessed body after dying, and maybe there was a couple more we didn’t notice, but the game ran hella smooth and was loads of fun! Some maps may need slight improvements, like the Slaughterhouse.. but “dogshit” is a lame thing to call this game! Only true TCM fans will appreciate it for what it is, I mean we are even lucky to get this game!
Yeah I only experienced a few minor bugs… played 3 days I got this preloaded already. Ready to go.
Wow 6 days from release and ive been here since the very beginning. Since the game was in production a while back and now it comes out in 6 days. So exciting to watch all the new gameplay that all these content creators are gonna bring out!!

People say that GUN have captured the authenticity of the film, but honestly while experiencing the game myself, I think they've went beyond that and have done so much more for this project in regards to the film. They expand on and breathe new life into the franchise as a whole and I really hope this takes off and that Hollywood hands them the keys, so they can really blow it out of the water even more.

I'm excited for this release but If I may add for future use I strongly suggest Gun media helps participate in helping bring back Friday the 13th game after hearing the news that a remake of the Friday the 13th game is in the works there nothing more fun and entertaining than player's choosing between 7 survivor's or Jason and many options for survival with a friend's around the world

That's a little misleading for your PS players.
It's just cause this was the trailer shown at the Xbox ID showcase, they probably weren't allowed to add playstation as a platform in the trailer
