Xhdata d-109 is giving good challenge to xhdata D-808. at half price and actually easier to use in some ways, better sw ATS sensitivity, excellent for sw DXing. You should definitely make full detail comparison video between these two. Highly recommend xhdata d-109.
@@vikasdeepsuthar true, 109 has much better speaker sound. more full sound, cause it is also a Bluetooth speaker. d-808 is an old favorite, so lot of vids praising it. but honestly as a person new to this hobby, I find my self wondering if I needed to buy the d-808. the positives of d-808 over d-109 is that build quality is better, buttons are spaced more apart so easier to press, with good click sound, whip antenna length and quality is better, has external antenna included in box and of course AIR band and SSB. but if you don't need AIR and SSB, any day d-109 will meet your needs better that d-808. sound quality wise and reception sensitivity wise, user experience/ease of use wise etc. even as a Bluetooth speaker it performs well, connects fast and is easy to use, e.g. using the tuning dial to change song is actually better than typical Bluetooth speaker. also in tuning dial i can go back to previous songs, which is not always possible in typical of Bluetooth speaker. ONE POINT i really like about the 109 over 808 is that in 109, when i do ATS (search and save stations), i can see how many stations is has saved so far while it is searching and easily see how many it found and saved. And can cycle through the stations using tuning dial. in 808 i have to press the number of the saved station on the keypad, and of course go through the page system. in 808, i cannot tell how many stations it has found unless the keep looking at the screen as it is searching, every time it saves a station, it flashes the position number it is saving to .... e.g. P01, P02, P03 etc... i have found easy way to tell how many it has saved in search....typically at my home it is finding around 20-30, so i set all the page-2 stations 1711khz (lowest value in range) so station 20-29 all set to 1711khz, that way i know if it reached page-2 if i see frequency changed to anything other that 1711khz.... i hope i was able to explain what i meant...
Being new I may not be ale to appreciate everything 808 does, but the 109 finds a lot more stations in auto scan, which matters to me. Same station I have to enter manually in 808, it catches signal, just on in auto scan. You have to do DXing, or already know frequency.

Ji philips bahadur dsp based model ka fm reception bahut achcha hai aisa nahi hai kyunki wo ghar ke andar kamjor station ko pakadne me struggle karta hai dsp based prince ke mukable.
