The difference between Telugu medium and English medium is only "the language" the rest is *_"determination, hardwork & capability"_* which any person can show despite their lingual backgrounds. language is never a barrier to achieve greater heights in career.
2) *_Civils eppatiki baga chadive vallake ostundi.. school/college lo avg ante baga chadavaru ani kadu, valla full potential use chesi undaru.._* but civils ni goal ga decide cheskunna tarvata valla full potential use chesi untaru, immense hardwork chesi untaru.
You haven't seen their hardwork during their civils preparation. So, u cannot say "ias ante cheap aipoindi"
Civils is always tough and requires great determination and hardwork.
