I agree with a lot of the comments here. These girls did not get the recognition they deserved. English DJs were particularly scathing about them. They sang and harmonised brilliantly and were surprisingly versatile. Their version of "The Same Old Song" is particularly good. I think the problem was that two of the sisters were "down home girls". They liked where they lived and prioritised their families. They do come across now as sweet and down-to-earth - all three of them.
I loved Laughed and cried to this music. I was young and my home had just been invaded by Argentina. You will never know how life can be torn away from you untill this happens.Hope you never experience this.Dont let the Argentines take my home.
@capehorner1940 .... ABBA became a supergroup here in Australia when they appeared on the Don Lane show and sang two songs "waterloo & Fernando ..... I wish Pussycat had done the same , if they had toured Australia around the time "Mississippi" was number 1 they could have also claimed supergroup status in this country.
@greatlikeme1 I would like EMI to release another DVD with some of their rare tracks on it , but I guess it depends if Pussycat did videos for such tracks at the time.

Yes- maybe if you've heard that rare clip of the Gibb Brothers when they were no more than 10 years old- the only thing I can compare for harmony
