Depersonalization and disassociation tends to get bad under inescapable stressful situations. Usually grounding and getting in touch with senses helps.
I just get both those kinda randomly and I don't even know what's wrong whenever it happens. It's been around since I was maybe 7 or 8. Same with panic attacks.

You definitely help so many people with mental health problems and OCD like me and it’s so good to see you being so real and open about this stuff. yesterday was my 3rd night watching this video trying to sleep, i don’t even was into amsr before, but your voice, the mental health conversation (i’m also passing through a very anxious time) and the brushing is so relaxing. Thank you ❤
I'm 32 and i never had this troubled mental health as now. Life pressure, lacking of vision in life, no stable situation.... I feel the constant feeling of failure and having no purpose in life. It's insane to let your brain agree with those ideas. And when it finds something that impacts you, it thinks it helps repeating it in a loop.
It’s so tough! Definitely gets caught in a loop and lots of self fulfilling prophecies. I want to tell you that you 100% have a purpose just by existing on this earth with us, and you will find your way, stay strong and hang in there! I know how it feels and it’s not easy

The best thing I’ve found for my disassociation is to actually literally force myself to focus on something. It could be as simple as counting the lights on the string of Christmas lights in my room. I color sometimes. I journal. But I actually force myself to do something that I have to focus on. And it oddly helps to pull me out of it.
I don't really have a tip for dissociation, I usually distract myself with media as much as I can, but I think what usually brings me to the present is talking, have conversations with friends usually takes me out if my mind enough. With insomnia I try to reduce stimulation during the night (which usually means no TikTok), having a strong smell helps and I try to think of different objects (learned with a neurologist).
Your inconsistency is your consistency. Sorry to hear you are experiencing health anxiety. I experience this every now and then as well, especially that I went through some health issues where that last 20% is taking forever to heal. I do a lot of EFT tapping therapy to help with it all. I sometimes have sleep panic too. Wishing you all the best.

I am anxious and I cant sleep. I live in spain and I fly for my grandmas bday in 9 days to germany for a week. I am anxious cuz I have not seen them since I moved to spain 5 yrs ago. I am anxious cuz I gained a lot of weight, cuz I have many tattoos (33) and my skin is not the best these days (dermatitis)...I am just anxious about the flight and everything. your videos help me a lot ❤❤
