Hi Imogen 🤗 Thank you for the suggestion! We visited the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers last year, but missed the parade (they may not have had the parade last year due to the pandemic etc). Anyway, we thought it was amazing and we have always really liked Toowoomba. We have a road trip planned, so we won't be able to go back this year...but maybe next year?! And yes, Witta is a cute little town and the food is amazing at the Witta General Store and the Witta Market!

Hi Wayne, yes..the flowers are nasturtiums and all of the flower (petals, seeds & stalk) can be eaten. They have a very mild peppery flavour 😋
