She's been on 2 other times trying to find the father for this little girl.
There's probably a bunch of waivers involved.
Unfortunately, family court is not a criminal court or court of law etc... You can lie as much as you want and not be in contempt.... it's unfortunate but that's the way it is...

I'm only 2 minutes in I can already tell she was lying. She probably thought they wouldn't be able to get DNA after he was dead. I can't stand when people will go as far as disrespecting a dead for money. I guess dignity really doesn't exist in this day and age.
You can get the DNA from someone who is dead. It is the truth. Don't say it isn't when it is. You can get it from the bones if they haven't been sitting out in the sun too long or from the blood if they haven't been sitting out in the son too long. Duh. Get facts straight. I watch a ton of science shows. So I darn well know what I am talking about.
At least they didn't let it affect their appetite.

panda hi can tell that she is a liar and not truthful at all. I have watched before that she vs. a man (not sure if her current husband) for this gal paternity test. When the result is out, not surprised at all or sad.
Durham, firstly you didn't read her comment correctly she stated that the lady requesting the DNA test PROBABLY THOUGHT THAT YOU COULDN'T GET DNA FROM A DECEASED PERSON. Secondly, yes DNA can be degraded by exposure to the sun but what scientists mean by that is the DNA itself being exposed not as your implying that the deceased person layed out in the sun too much whilst alive. It must be stated that watching scientific types of shows does not make you an expert on a very complex issue such as DNA.
Tip of the day- make sure you read the comment correctly and have interpreted it correctly.

He is 30 years old to her 37, so he was young and dumb when he got with her in his late 20s.

Lets just be honest though, he wasn’t the one that was sleeping around making babies, his new wife was. You can tell he loves that kid though, he didn’t care the child wasn’t his or some other guys, he is giving her the love of a father even if she isn’t his, and he only knows what his lying wife is telling him. He may have bitten off more then he could chew financially, nobody said he hasn’t ever paid for her as the legal father because I’m sure he has, when money gets tough you need to find a way to make do and if the child isn’t his then maybe you may need a little help. The biological father should pay child support, and his wife told him the other guy was her father. Should he have harassed the other daughter, no but she was being a little rude as well, her father passed but when asked if she did have a sister that she wanted nothing to do with her. Everybody involved, other than Judge Lakes and Neveah, had a part to play in the drama, who started it is clear, and i don’t think the mom and daughter were to blame, but if the child had been his they were acting harsh for the little girl who is just innocent in all of this, her mom should have tested all the guys before everything got to this extent.

There was one case I know of where she was irritated with a man so much, she usually pauses when she reads the results. In this case, she just said "You are the father" like she wanted him out of her sight.

She wouldn't have been able to get any benefits anyway because someone else's name is on the birth certificate. They really should start requiring dna tests before signing birth certificates. Every other government document you sign require proof.

Um no. Because if someone knows they aren't the father and still wants to sign then let them. A lot of children have 'fathers' that are nowhere around and the only reason they have a father is because someone stepped up.

My comment was pointing out the fact that the daughter was in between jobs as well since the other person commented on it in reference to the man. The mother was working and if they needed money she should have filed for child support while the man was alive and the husband could file for unemployment benefits. Nobody but you brought this up. (He is very light skinned and I am dark, our faces look absolutely nothing alike.) It so happens that I look very much like our dad and he looks like our mom. From the expressions my friends have given me in public at first, I'm pretty sure they assume he's my boyfriend initially. It's always super embarrassing, and they don't believe me that we're siblings. His friends don't believe us either. I am 19, he is 15 and he is now taller than me And looks older than he actually is. It's hurtful, but we know the truth.

And I can't get them to take her off. It brings me great pain as she also absconded with my mother's rings and jewelry ..... and many other things. My brother stole the inheritance, she was his bookkeeper and knows where the bodies are buried. So yeah, I know critters who post this nonsense on memorial pages.
