    Can I install the rear section with michelin only as apollo alpha h1 is already there in the front ?

    • @PatrickJoseph
      @PatrickJoseph  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I am no expert buddy but to be honest it’s better to have the same set of tyres for better grip … just get the back from apollo as well change set together to better ride quality

    How are the michelin road 5 as compared to apollo alpha h1 ?

    • @PatrickJoseph
      @PatrickJoseph  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I haven’t used the Apollo but rode 200 NS with it… it was good … but Michelin road 5 is next level …. Intercity or weekend rides Apollo would work extremely well… but if you looking for long trips constant changing terrain then Michelin ( I have ridden almost 10k kms on them and they have enough grip for another 10k hard riding I mean …

    Bro how many kms will be run road 5?

    • @PatrickJoseph
      @PatrickJoseph  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Everyone i know says it does about 20k and they have changed it ... I have done 10k kms so far and the tyres looks great by now if i had the metz it would have been changed months ago ..... Very good value for money and trust me did 9800 kms from k2k and ladakh not a single puncture, no tyre related issues or slide due to sudden braking ... the best tyres i have used over 18 years of biking and trust me i used alot of them ... nothing compared to these ...( But only in one area ) Metz are better than these in fast corners ...

    Bro back tyre mileage plzz

    • @PatrickJoseph
      @PatrickJoseph  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      it's the same size as the stock tyres so ideally it does not change the fuel consumption as per my knowledge ... but low Pressure in tyres will drop your mileage ... or going up one size will reduce your mileage ... very soft and very hard compound tyres might vary in mileage in spite being the same size ( debatable). ( we never use them or get them easily in india )( debatable) ... If your looking for high performance or higher cc bikes at this point mileage should not be a question... if your looking for mileage look into the 150cc segment... Anything above 200cc will not be very fuel efficient... Power or Mileage ?

    How do you compare these with Apollo alpha h1

    • @PatrickJoseph
      @PatrickJoseph  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have ridden on a apollo but on a 200Ns was very grippy but I have just done 10k km on the road 5 trust me the tires look brand new the grip the feel and the confidence it inspires it amazing it’s expensive but that’s why you pay the premium

    how about Metzeler M7 RR

    • @PatrickJoseph
      @PatrickJoseph  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Metz are the best tyres according to me only me I think….. but the wear and tear on the tyres are quick I burnt my first in 7k km add the cost for another set it’s expensive… but Road 5 are perfect for me 2 things it’s reliable and durable have done over 10k km on these and still good the grip in wet is awesome and dry in sandy area no tyres is perfect that depends on the rider and the road conditions.

    • @PatrickJoseph
      @PatrickJoseph  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah waiting for things to settle down a bit will do a tour, which will give me a better understanding between the M7 and R5, So far over 1000 km I feel it's more flickable, It held the line in Hard breaking so Grip in par with M7.. Life and Wet weather both these needs to be tested .... Will make a video on it soon ... Thanks for your comment Abhilash
