Half way through this story realized I had already read it more than once with different names, occupation, and some details. I decided not to finish.
These are AI generated stories, sometimes names change, sometimes genders change, or sometimes the age changes, to make them look like a new story. Poor AI, that is all it can do. If AI's could conduct an orchestra or write their own music, then we wouldn't exist anymore.

Just a note, in the US you attend 4 years of college (basically a pre-med type program) then 4 years of dental school, then a residency/specialty program.

I would wish that her grandmother, back when, had told her grand-daughter that she could, by going through a doctor, prove her innocence, both as to drug use as well as her chastity..With her grandmother being willing to pay for those two tests, there would have been verifiable proof- - when it mattered most to a young girl.
