The smash racket is probably your best creation to date. It’s a good first racket. I wouldn’t spend money on the sensei. For around £150 you can definitely build a very good custom racket.
not really, as only 1 rubber in pro section is 30-50e, blades starts from 100e till 250e. Anything fast with carbon or other speed material is over 300e so you would need 200-300e for a solid custom racket.

The most expensive one is Fan Zhendong zuper ZLC with Dignics 09C. It can easily create heavy top and back spins. You guys are REALLY good at table tennis... and REALLY bad at science/statistics. I rate this video a 2 out of 7 for the usefulness in determining which rackets are good, but I give it a purple out of rainbow for how cool the shirts are.
Never pay more than $50 for a ready made racket unless you buy DHS 5002 or 6002. For more expensive rackets always buy a good blade (you have a lot of good options between $100 and $250) and rubbers that fit your style. Stiga Arctic Wood is probably the best blade for performance / price ratio and a must have for developing players regardless of style. DHS , Nittaku and Xiom offer some interesting blades option for offensive and all around players. Defensive players suffer a bit more, but Yasaka and DHS have good options especially when paired with suitable rubbers.
1. I love u guys. This is the best content ever. 2. beat the record for the longest distance throwing a ping pong shot in to a cup: the record is 11.30 meters
Can you make a game with old 38 celluloid balls and old curl or piranja rubbers with long pips? In a way, the old unpredictable table tennis times. Some old players told me that they used to put the curl or piranja rubber in the microwave to make them even more unpredictable. It would be great if you could try that out!
In middle competition when you wanted the ball come back to you - you obviously put more energy into the most expensive racket. So if not for that, it would not win :) But spin is real, so thats fair.
Challenge: turn one side of the table vertically 90 degrees and play a "squash ping pong" variant where the ball must hit the vertical side then the flat side
I haven't played table tennis in prob 7 years, and even when I did play it was just in the office. Watching this got me looking at rackets and rubbers and justifying spending $600 on a setup lol. As a TT passionate lover, Chinese by race ofc, I would say $500 racket is unnecessary, that is for collection. But you will need at least a $100 to $200 range all wood blade from Stiga or any outer carbon ALC from Butterfly, to match with a $50 rubber each side, in total of $200-300 for the whole racket, to maximise your potential of skills or playing any formal matches. More money than that does not help or improve you skills, but you will need a $200 racket to play it on a professional level. I own more than 30 blades and rubbers....
