The whole light kit rattles. Try check the nut inside the light is tightened all the way, and ensure the screws holding the shade is on tight enough

It sounds like its the clipper light rattling and the fan scraping against it, If you ever plan to remove the light, I am sure it will be quiet again

I reckon the taping noise is the lower canopy and I reckon the reverberating sound is the light shade because it’s a bit Luis so
