Tex these are called magician coins. I have a two tailed 1964 Kennedy half dollar. I say that because it looks like a 90 percent silver coin. I bought this coin in a California Pasadena pawn shop in the 1990's for 20 dollars. The work is incredibly fine. Difficult to find the seem between the two coins. If it were a true mint error it probably would be worth north of $50,000.
That was incredible find ! Congratulation !I tried with my bank to order $500 in half dollar coins for me, after 2 days the one In charge from my bank called me and said she couldn't order I don't know what is wrong with them
hey there Dan thank you for your comment and thank you for viewing my videos, Yes some banks can be really donkeys but try asking for a bit at a time and see if they help out, but yes its pretty amazing what find on this rolls. thank you my friend and keep up the coin hunt
Sorry I hit send - My question to u is 3 to 5 years ago grading was well over $100. Listening to Coin Help You (or something like that) I heard him say - about a coin - it would be worth the $20 dollars to have it graded??? Has grading cost gone down?
hello peggy first thank you for your comment and for viewing my videos and the answer to your question is no, submitting a coin for grading will be a member fee first then about $40-$65 per each coin your going to send off for grading and the shipping to and from then if you want to insure your package so it'll run you about $70-to $90 per coin. thank you my friend and keep up the coin hunt.
