- The gun that killed soccer star Senzo Meyiwa has been linked to accused number 3, Mthobisi Mncube. Ballistics expert, Christian Mangena has told the Pretoria High Court about his findings when examining the fired bullets. Manqoba Mchunu reports. #eNCA Courtesy #DStv403
The reason why the firearm was not destroyed within 6 months period prescribed by the act. Was to contaminate interfere with crime scenes and fabricate stories about such firearms ☹️ if these balistic were so clear and unambiguous. Why then have accused number 1 in this case 😂

And if they say it’s because they spoke on the phone with accused 3 like they suggested in court, then they must arrest all people he spoke to on his phone, including his parents if they’re still alive, all friends including that lady we all hear on our phones when we dial a wrong number!!!

This case is confusing coz the stories are so cooked up
M confused too . Masondo testified that the serial numbers of the firearm were retrieved and the owner found. The judge even went on to explain how the process of retrieving numbers takes place scientifically. Jiki jiki no they were not found what is really happening here.
The witnesses said the intruder with a gun was dark in complexion and number 3 is a very clear yellow bone.
Definitely they will that gun is not the one found in that guy... N y the exbit bag was opened..

I still believe the evidence was planted. They should check Longwe's height and look for splinter injuries on his feet. There is a possiblity that Zandi was injured while trying to separate Longwe and Senzo because Senzo was defending Mthoko. Tumelo said Mthoko does not like fighting and Mthoko said Longwe did not greet them which was true because he probably had a problem with the fact that Mthoko spent the night with Zandi, Senzo and Kelly.
I also still maintain these guys are innocent in as far as Senzo's death is concerned . This is Gininda's plan to pin this case to these 5 and leave the real killer who is one of those who were inside the house

Not so sure about mangena's testimony.
They are just trying to confuse the judge to make a right verdict just like they did with judge masipa in Oscars P. case who ended up denying justice for the steenkamps suggesting that it was a homicide
They are not allowed to arrest following contaminated evidence:open evidence bags,exhibits in envelops and contaminated scene!

I beg to differ, though the Lawyers aren't skilled enough but I that ballistic report can't be reconciled with the circumstances of the Senzo Meyiwa case. No, it's a fallacy.
