Your i7 13700k will perform like an i5 13600k with that motherboard and ram,you have to buy a z790 motherboard and a faster ddr5 ram like 7200mhz cl34,and also you did a mistake in purchasing two separate ram sticks,you have to buy a matched pair,do some research before spending your money.

B 760 = RS 13000
H 610 = RS 7500

average consumer use chese cpus ki dual memory channel vuntadhi, so processor nundi full performance pondali ante dual ram sticks vadali. 13 and 14th gen desktop cpus lo stability issues vunnai anta recent ga intel reveal chesindhi. so in my opinion i9 12900k theesukovalsindhi, almost same price and same cores., i know it's a little bit slower than the i7 13700k and intel patch code fix release chesta ani announce chesindhi but don't know when. and finally gpu rtx 4070 theesukovalsindhi. rtx 4060 pcie x8 so data transfer will be slower than the pcie x16 and rtx 4070 lo 12gb vram vundhi so generative ai tasks(if you prefer ) ki more flexible ga vuntadhi than compared to 4060.

B760 is not recommended with i713k you have to go for z790. You will get heating issue.

@@PradeepKumar-tq4ev If you want raw performance go with amd Ryzen and its value to the price is also good like Ryzen 7 7800x 3d variant.
usually AMD CPUs produce more heat but to cool it down you have msi liquid cooler which is adequate enough to cool down the temperatures.
Go with OC which stands for over clocking so that way you can squeeze even the last drop of potential from your pc but pay caution before attempt to over clock your GPU.
Don't go with that motherboard, I've seen many people have lots of issues with bios with this tomahawk variant.
Ram: go with G.skill ripjaws 6000mhz 16*2 kit although 8*2 is enough for gaming but you can go with 16*2 sticks if you think u have enough budget. Make sure to check out the dimensions of the components before choosing the case as you might face issues when you build the pc.
Go with Logitech mechanical keyboard which has better longevity and performs smoothly without any latency issues if you go with wireless variant but if you want it looks aesthetically pleasing go with Asus Rog key boards and mouse.
If you're heavy gamer better go with 2tb as these days games became extremely huge in file size.
Amd GPUs are also becoming good these days they are less priced and almost gives equal performance when it comes to gaming.

K processor tesukunapudu full efficiency tho work avali anty XMP support vundali without that K processer tesukoni waste because "Z" series board lekapoty over clocking support vundadhu. Z series boards ki matram ye XMP support vuntadhi, B series boards ki vundadhu. And next good choice in RTX 4060 rather than going with 3060 because 3060 ki 4060 DLLS versions difference vundhi deni vala 3060 is no comparison for 4060 , DLLS 3 vala FPS lo chala variation vundhi between 3060 and 4060. But oka disappointing motherboard lo matram ye.
RTX 4060 is a very bad gpu compared to 3060. Even though 3060 is of older generation it has more vram and performance wise also the difference is very minimal. If you're not into games and Latest DLSS technology and features like ray tracing you can easily get away with RTX 3060. Finally there is price difference of around 9k between 3060 12gb (Prices at 26000) and 4060(prices at 35000).
he's going with budget build bro. usually z series mother boards cost more than B series. one good thing is he took the highest variant in B series which is 700. Over Clocking is mostly necessary for the tasks like 3d modelling and simulations and advanced visual effects work & Extremely graphic intensive games which i don't think this bro will do. so B760 is good choice with decent over clocking features with in the budget. Z series has the highest over clocking support while b series has the limited features of overclocking support.

By the way, I built my PC with parts from Vishal Computech. They’re great with hardware but don’t expect any help with software. They will give a non-genuine Windows OS, and you had to install drivers for the graphics card, motherboard, and processor myself. It’s like they only know the hardware side and nothing about the software features and requirements.
