I never realized how popular raincoats are. I thought I was just weird for leaving my raincoat on all day when it rains (I have a long shiny yellow one with a lot of buttons and a belt), undoing and redoing the buttons got annoying so I just started leaving it on all day, and I just really like my raincoat. During the second half of September I was wearing it as a dress everyday, after I got my tongue pierced, I drooled a lot, which was annoying, but my raincoat "dress" kept me dry. I felt bad for doing that to my poor raincoat. But it kept me dry, and when I put the hood up, less people were aware of my drooling problem (I'm a college student, we sit at desks, so there were very few who could have noticed), although the fact I talked like I had a hot potato in my mouth still got a few laughs. I stopped wearing it as a dress (but still keep it on all day when it rains) after my tongue piercing healed. It makes me happy that there are others like me out there.
