जब राजा हरि सिंह ने भारत सरकार के साथ धारा 370 के साथ समझौता किया था तब जाकर जम्मू-कश्मीर को भारत में शामिल किया गया.
आज धारा 370 खत्म हुई तो समझौता भी खत्म हो गया. अब पाक अधिकृत कश्मीर पाकिस्तान का हो गया औऱ चीन के कब्ज़े की जमीन भी चीन की हो जायेगी. यानि कहा जाए तो बैठे बिठाए पाक अधिकृत कश्मीर पाकिस्तान को मिल गया?
सोचिए....
अमेरिका, भारत, पाकिस्तान और चीन इन सब को ध्यान में रखिये फिर अगर कुछ जवाब हो तो सभ्य तरीक़े से देने का प्रयास कीजियेगा -
पाकिस्तान हमेशा से क्यों चाहता था कि जम्मू-कश्मीर को 3 हिस्से में बांटा जाए। और हाल में ही ट्रम्प से मिलने इमरान खान गए और आज मोदी ने कश्मीर को दो भागों में बाँट दिया।
क्या इससे चीन को उस प्रान्त में मजबूती नहीं मिलेगी?
क्या Pok से हमने संवैधानिक अधिकार विड्रॉ कर लिया हमने और नीलम घाटी में चीन का दखल भी है?
डर इस बात का है कि कश्मीर जो हमारी जन्नत थी कहीं वो अमेरिका और चीन का दस्तरख्वान न बन जाए, पहले समस्या तो सिर्फ कश्मीर में था अब दो राज्य होने से पाकिस्तान और चीन दोनों का दबाब बढेगा।
आज मिडिया और सरकार जश्न मना रही है धारा 370 हटाने क बड़ा कदम बता रही है, जरा सोचिए नोटबंदी और जीएसटी लागू करते समय भी यही लोग बड़ा कदम बड़ा कदम कहकर आपको गुमराह किया था। उस वक्त भी हमने आपको आगाह किया था नुकसान होगा. बाद में क्या हुआ बेरोजगारी 45 साल का रिर्कोड तोड़ दी. अर्थव्यवस्था में पांचवे स्थान पर थे सातवें पर पहुँच गए. लाखों कपंनी बंद हो गई. हासिल क्या हुआ? वहीं हाल इस फैसले का भी होगा.

Our People must recognise that ever since the inception of our Constitution, there were serious flaws in it. Our Constitution is no doubt glorious but it too contained certain flaws which were not corrected by our founders of constitution. I will discuss some of these today.
1) Unbridled Power of Parliament to amend Constitution
2) Power to alter boundaries of any state or dissolve the legislative assembly to declare it as UT without a referendum of the people of that state.
There are some more flaws but I shall not discuss them to make this content relevant. Our history is witness of how governments have misused Article 368. If it were not for Basic Structure doctrine invented by SC in Kesavananda Bharti then our Constitution wouldn't have remained as it was contemplated by our forefathers.
Today the Center has exploited the 2nd flaw which is to take away the autonomy of state without the consent of its people under the pretext that the public referendum is nowhere prescribed in our Constitution. How can you take away autonomy of a state under the pretext of Poverty, Corruption and Terrorism? Is Kashmir the only state which is grappling with these problems? Will you declare UP as UT because there is a lot of Poverty, Crime and Corruption? Or you won't since your party is in the power? Why did the founders of our Constitution did not set appropriate checks and balances to ensure that centre does not abuse its power? The first state to be declared as UT or to be given complete statehood is Delhi where you ministers of the union live. Why it has not been done so far?
In 2016 you said that demonitisation will wipe out black money and would also substantially curb terrorism in J&K.
Has that happened? Or on contrary terrorists multiplied their attacks?
What is the guarantee or a reasonable assurance that unemployment and poverty will be eradicated? Or Peace will prevail?
How can you expect peace when you never consulted Kashmiris or their MPs before dissolving their state assembly? Forget about unemployment and growth in Kashmir, what about the same in India in last five years? Manufacturing is declining, where is your make in India plan? In doldrums? What have you done to RTI? You took away the autonomy of Commissioners.
