This was helpful. I'd like more on writing stand-out action and description. Do you have or suggest any exercises to strengthen this skill?

Great question! I recommend watching my video about "Reverse Engineering" a movie, and how to use that exercise.
Moreover, go ahead and watch my free lesson about visual storytelling: storylosopher.mykajabi.com/how-to-show-not-tell

Very informative. Next time show examples of the actual text(s) in the video. I think it'll help both you and the writers watching you.

Of course! I do that in some of my other videos and in my online course.

What's the point of grammar in Action lines? Aren't action lines info for director or characters? They are not heard by the viewer. Are they?

A screenplay is meant to be read and thus experienced. That experience is what gives your script the best chance of getting sold or you getting repped. Grammar is inherently part of that. I recommend you watch this to learn more: th-cam.com/video/-HUBC57ZYKY/w-d-xo.html

Is it always necessary to write scene description? Man I never know how much I need to

Write it only if its necessary for the plot or story.
