Well tbh i haven't shifted yet but i think you should never count how many day you haven't shifted because then your mind will be like "nO" i recommend to just shift randomly as it makes your mind more clear and positive

some tips: shifting when your consciousness shifts to another reality. think of it like you have one soul, the one that's reading this comment rn, once you shift, you are moving that soul to another body, but that body is you as well, so you have an infinite amount of bodies with different circumstances and personality and you are just switching between them by shifting. you are constantly shifting every second, like if you do to a supermarket what do you choose? - 1apple 1 banana 2 apples etc and if you pick one apple, there would be another reality of you that picks 2 apples or maybe even a banana! every choice you make, whether to wake up early or sleep in, is shown in another reality. to shift, you need to fully grasp that concept that this is not dreaming it is real, a parallel reality that you are actually in. who knows, someone might have shifted to your reality now, but you won't know, because its the consciousness that is shifting. so whilst you are in your dr, please do NOT harm anyone or do something you wouldn't do here, because these are real people, alive and breathing, with their own stories it is not lucid dreaming by any means.

I was dreaming the other night and in the dream I was with a bunch of characters from my dr (my hero academia) and I remember I thought I had shifted so I tried to use my quirk (which in the dream was the same quirk I had scripted that I have in my dr) but it didn’t work so I knew I hadn’t shifted. Sadly it didn’t hit me that I was dreaming but I think it means I’m getting closer.

I never really thought about it until you mentioned that Norman had his arm around you when you woke it but I scripted that a character in my DR would be sitting on the side of the bed whenever i woke up. At that point, I think I was half asleep in the DR with my eyes still closed but I could feel someone sitting on my bed (I locked my room whenever i sleep in my CR so no one would have been able to get in) and making the bed weight just shift a bit. I think that was the closest I've been to shifting, so I'm thankful for your videos and sharing your experiences! It does give me more hope that I WILL shift

Shifting tip: instead of calling your CR your CR, call it your OR (original/old reality); calling it your CR just affirms you're currently in this reality Also while shifting DO NOT think about your OR at all for ex. lets say you hear wind outside your house, imagine that its the sound of the wind in your DR Hope this helps some people shift!

The same thing happened to me twice a few days ago! I didn't even really try to shift that day and I was only half conscious but I could feel him holding me a little closer when I woke up, so on impulse I did too. It felt so real I could feel his arms around me and I could actually physically hold him. Problem is I felt so safe and comfortable that I fell back asleep and woke up back here lol

I just remember doing the Raven method and then waking up in my DR. I got tingles before hand a few times but I just didn't focus on them. I also lost count several times to lol.

I was dreaming the other night and in the dream I was with a bunch of characters from my dr (my hero academia) and I remember I thought I had shifted so I tried to use my quirk (which in the dream was the same quirk I had scripted that I have in my dr) but it didn’t work so I knew I hadn’t shifted. Sadly it didn’t hit me that I was dreaming but I think it means I’m getting closer.

@Nina Willis I think I’ve been trying about two months or so? Recently I’ve been on a break though since I was getting too stressed over it but I have gotten memories from my dr a couple times. And yeah haha I feel that with falling asleep while trying. I’ve been seeing angel numbers everywhere too! Also what quirk do you have in your dr?
I never really thought about it until you mentioned that Norman had his arm around you when you woke it but I scripted that a character in my DR would be sitting on the side of the bed whenever i woke up. At that point, I think I was half asleep in the DR with my eyes still closed but I could feel someone sitting on my bed (I locked my room whenever i sleep in my CR so no one would have been able to get in) and making the bed weight just shift a bit. I think that was the closest I've been to shifting, so I'm thankful for your videos and sharing your experiences! It does give me more hope that I WILL shift

Despite that, remember that this is your journey, so no one can tell you what method/tip works better besides you! As a side note, before I shifted, I did see the clock strike 11:11, but that does not mean angel numbers/numerology play huge factors in shifting! Only YOU decide when you want to do it and how. Shifting tip: instead of calling your CR your CR, call it your OR (original/old reality); calling it your CR just affirms you're currently in this reality
Also while shifting DO NOT think about your OR at all for ex. lets say you hear wind outside your house, imagine that its the sound of the wind in your DR

I wouldn't say 'easily'. It took me about five to six months to get to where I am! Do not feel discouraged, as we all are different!

I remember almost shifting to the Harry Potter world, but someone, a girl spoke and I got spooked and quickly sat up.
The same thing happened to me twice a few days ago! I didn't even really try to shift that day and I was only half conscious but I could feel him holding me a little closer when I woke up, so on impulse I did too. It felt so real I could feel his arms around me and I could actually physically hold him. Problem is I felt so safe and comfortable that I fell back asleep and woke up back here lol

Dude, I remember when I shifted for the first time. I was legit in the middle of killing a dragon and then the dragon bit my torso off. I felt someone touch my stomach in my sleep so I freaked the fawk out coz I really thought I was awake- But it was just my sister shaking me up for breakfast :D

I watched this last night a little before I fell asleep. I kin Norman and so I was interested in this because I desperately want to meet him. I just came across it, and I’m happy I did. I ended the video and felt very tired so I tried what you did. (It seemed easy to me and felt like that sort of method clicked with me, so I tried it.) I felt myself feeling very drowsy, and feeling like I was being sucked into something at the same time. I felt I was getting closer and closer to that made up portal. Afterwords I just fell asleep and dreamt some very vivid dreams. So it didn’t work. But I think I’m getting close.

So I shifted this morning and I forgot the blanket was over my eyes. I didn't think nothing of it either. I was just like well, I'm still tired so I'll go back to sleep and then I woke up and was like WTF? My eyes actually opened in the experience and everything felt real. I just remember doing the Raven method and then waking up in my DR. I got tingles before hand a few times but I just didn't focus on them. I also lost count several times to lol.
