I know it's 2 years ago. But here's a thing. Real or not. Reality shifting is just avoiding and escaping from your current reality. Which is not healthy, and that was a point of that video. He said you need to make your current reality to your own desired reality. I also think that even if this reality shifting thing is total legit and real and possible, it's just escaping your current reality's problem. It's quite self damaging, in my opinion. :D

I actually prefer to visualize and say "I am here" Instead of "I am in my DR". Idk, even just saying where the place is (ex: "I am in the boarding school train") might be a lot better for you guys who actually begin to come back because you said DR. (Like i do!!
