    I have actually had the honor to meet Yankee in person I even am starting to attend his church and it was one of the happiest moments in my life because when you usually go to ordinary church you feel nervous. Not at Calvary community church of Tampa they greet you like you're family and show you and others much love and don't judge you by your attendance or how much you donate they like you for being you and you don't have to act fake! God blesses those who he saves with everlasting life and this man is one of the best messengers of the gospel of Jesus Christ and the word of God. Amen

    This was awesome to hear since I have come from a legalistic law driven background where I tried to justify myself by my own works. Scary. Thanks for preaching the gospel or "good news" that comes through Jesus Christ and not ourselves for the redemption of mankind.

    It's so great to go to a church that doesn't lie to people about how to get to heaven. I almost started crying tears of joy when I met Yankee it reminded me of when Christ saved me almost a year ago. And I have had some substantial spiritual growth from both reading the Bible and listening to these sermons.

      Ephesians 2:8-9 - 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
      Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven, there is no other way. Your good works will not get you to Heaven. You need to believe in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross at Calvary found in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, it's the only gospel that saves lost souls.
      Please get saved, time is running out!

      You keep your faith in man and see where that gets you in the end! Read the bible, there is no scripture to affirm the false doctrine of once saved always saved!

      Big Dawg Adventures you are exactly why there's over 300 different types of Church's out there...
      There's no scripture that says trinity or Rapture for that matter but they are certainly in the Bible...:-) Jesus said " What I give to the Father No man can take away"... I find it funny that people believe they can give their Soul to the Devil and it's a done deal for ever.\
      But for some reason you can take back your Soul from God after you've given it to Him...
      Nope I do not believe it ( IF ) you were truly Saved to begin with you are always Saved...
      That does not give you Free Reign to do as you please, the Bible says you can Sin Unto Death, meaning God just pulls the plug on you before you appointed time...
      Believe whatever you feel led to...:-)

    Just listened to this again this morning. All these false teachers like David Platt and Paul Washer should be force fed Yankee Arnold videos until they finally realize:
    "Ahhhh! So that's what grace means! You mean the best evidence that you are 'truly' saved is that GOD says so because you believe the correct gospel message and NOT that you evidence fruit in your life?"

      The writer of Hebrews said that Christ died *FOR THE SINS COMMITTED UNDER THE FIRST COVENANT.*
      We were not under the first Covenant.
      Hebrews 9:15
      ...For Christ died to set *THEM* free from the penalty of the sins *THEY had committed UNDER THAT FIRST COVENANT.*
      We did not commit sins under that first Covenant.
      Also...Jesus said... He was *ONLY* sent to the lost sheep of the house of Isreal.
      That is not us.
      Matthew 15:24
      But He answered and said, *"I was sent ONLY to the lost sheep of the house of Isreal."*
      Acts 5:31
      He is the one whom God exalted to His right hand as a Prince and a Savior, *TO GRANT REPENTANCE to ISRAEL, and FORGIVENESS of SINS.*
      It's all about ISRAEL... not us.
      Also... Paul said... *Jesus was sent TO REDEEM THOSE WHO WERE UNDER THE LAW.*
      Galatians 4:4-5

      They were the ONLY ONES that needed to be redeemed from the curse of being under the first Covenant law.
      Luke 19:10
      For the Son of man is come to seek and to save *THAT WHICH WAS LOST.*
      Apparently not ALL were lost, right?
      *That's why Jesus said He was ONLY sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.*
      Amos 3:1-2

      Not true. We are told to put on the “new man” and not give into the “old man”(flesh). If every “true Christian” automatically lives righteously, puts on the new man, why are we instructed to put on the new man and put off the old man? So no, not every believer automatically puts on the new man.

    Wonderful to hear such correctley divided scripture.in context..we have been using almost the same message.in8years of prison.rescueing precious souls.seeing Holy Spirit change killers into gentlemen.and too much more to tell.we have seen Christ save more than 5000souls inside phillippine prisons teaching this message.of grace.much more souls also.outside prison.im taught by Holy Spirit..ex street child.now self funded.prison preacher.

    Got a question: How do i know i have the holy spirit? Is it a supernatural phenomenon or its immediately given once you believe and accept Jesus Christ as your savior?

      Now the question we are discussing is this: “Where does a penitent, alien sinner make connection with God to receive forgiveness of his sins? Is it in the Holy Spirit, or is it in the blood of Christ?” Denominational churches teach that the connection is made when God, in answer to prayer, sends the Holy Spirit into the sinner’s heart and takes away his sins. The Bible teaches that the connection is made when the penitent sinner is buried with Christ in baptism into His death where His blood was shed and where it is contacted to remit sins. Romans 6:3-5

      No I do..that's how I discovered the post tribulation rapture lol..I read the scripture for myself...and how can you rightly divide on the pretrib when it can happen any time...If you take Matthew 24, Mark 13 Luke 21, 7 seals, 7 trumpets, then the 7 vials...compare all that..the post tribulation rapture is there...

    how do you explain the verse where Paul talks about how we cannot live any longer in sin since we died to it. I heard pastor Arnold say we could literally live like the Devil and be saved. I believe that is true because God's grace is sufficient. The question is would a man/woman who has truly been enlightened and believed on the Lord live like the devil?

      In Genesis we see a serpent speak to Eve, saying if you eat of the tree of life, you will not die, But God said if you eat from the tree of life, you will surely die! This guy is saying you will never lose salvation, but God shows you can! You have to pick who to believe, MAN OR GOD!

      Thanks for the comment, hope you are doing good. I just wanted to share some things I've been seeing in the word lately. This is amazing truth. Let me know your thoughts about it...
      The writer of Hebrews said that Christ died *FOR THE SINS COMMITTED UNDER THE FIRST COVENANT.*
      We were not under the first Covenant.
      Hebrews 9:15
      ...For Christ died to set *THEM* free from the penalty of the sins *THEY had committed UNDER THAT FIRST COVENANT.*
      We did not commit sins under that first Covenant.
      Also...Jesus said... He was *ONLY* sent to the lost sheep of the house of Isreal.
      That is not us.
      Matthew 15:24
      But He answered and said, *"I was sent ONLY to the lost sheep of the house of Isreal."*
      Acts 5:31
      He is the one whom God exalted to His right hand as a Prince and a Savior, *TO GRANT REPENTANCE to ISRAEL, and FORGIVENESS of SINS.*
      It's all about ISRAEL... not us.
      Also... Paul said... *Jesus was sent TO REDEEM THOSE WHO WERE UNDER THE LAW.*
      Galatians 4:4-5
      4But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, *BORN UNDER THE LAW, 5So that He might REDEEM THOSE WHO WERE UNDER THE LAW...*
      We were never under the law.

      Now we know that whatever the law says, *IT SAYS TO THOSE WHO ARE UNDER THE LAW...*

      Amos 3:1-2

      The second Covenant was ONLY for the ones under the first Covenant, those under the law.
      That would be Israel.
      Only Israel was under the law.
      Hebrews 8:10
      For this is the *COVENANT* that I will make *WITH THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL...*
      We were never under a Covenant at all.
      This is fantastic news for us.
      God's love, mercy and grace is much greater than we ever thought possible.
      I believe the Parable of the lost sheep is a picture of God's love for ALL people ever created.
      The house of Isreal represents the one lost sheep.
      They were the ONLY ONES that needed to be redeemed from the curse of being under the first Covenant law.
      Luke 19:10
      For the Son of man is come to seek and to save *THAT WHICH WAS LOST.*
      Apparently not ALL were lost, right?
      *That's why Jesus said He was ONLY sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.*
      Amos 3:1-2

      God agreed to impute Israel's sin to THEM under that Old Covenant. Then He Himself paid the debt THEY incurred under that Covenant.

      For until the law sin was in the world: *BUT SIN IS NOT IMPUTED WHEN THERE IS NO LAW.*
      Romans 4:8
      Blessed is the man to whom the Lord *WILL NOT IMPUTE SIN.*
      *We are blessed because we are not under the law and our sin is not imputed to us!*
      Never has been and never will be!
      Praise the Lord!
      *I truly believe that God's love, mercy and grace is much bigger than we ever thought possible!*
      *Nobody's sin today is being imputed to them!*

    I believe a person can understand that they are sinner believe the gospel and Trust Christ and they are saved permanently then right afterwards stop trusting him and believing the good news and go back to the world or go back to worshipping Satan if that's who they were worshipping and they are still saved to me to disagree with this is salvation by works cuz then in affect you're saying we have to continue to trust Christ which is a work

      *Here are some true tests of faith and serious questions you should ask yourself, that can prove wether or not you have likely believed the gospel or not!*
      *Are you truly resting in the finished work of Christ?*
      *Do you truly believe Jesus took away the sins of the world?*
      *Do you truly believe Jesus took away and purged your sins?*
      Or do you have a conscience of sins?
      *Have you ceased from working for your salvation?*
      Or do you go about trying to establish your own righteousness?
      *Do you believe Jesus when He said it is finished?*
      Or do you doubt Jesus and think you must do something?
      *Do you have full assurance of your salvation?*
      *Do you have full assurance of your salvation... especially when you do sin?*
      The answer to these questions can be very revealing and should serve as a wake-up call for many professing Christians!
      *It's a total lie and very deceptive to think that a changed life is evidence of salvation!*
      *Unbelievers have a changed life all the time, so that proves absolutely nothing!*
      Sin is bad, it's always bad and there's many bad consequences in this life for sin.
      But sinning does actually prove we qualify to be saved by Jesus because He didn't come for the righteous but for sinners only.
      *A true indicator that you are saved is that you are truly resting in the finished work of Christ and know you are saved and don't doubt it, especially when you do sin!*
      Believing is more than simply believing the facts of the gospel, it's also believing what Jesus actually accomplished by and through the gospel!
      Most that claim to be Christian believe the facts of the gospel, as far as the death, burial and resurrection but they don't believe what Jesus accomplished! They don't believe He actually took away the sins of the world, as John the Baptist said He would!
      *They do not believe He took away their sins and they do not rest in His finished work!*
      John 1:29
      The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, *Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.*
      *Other indicators that you are likely saved, that come along with resting in what Christ did are, ceasing from working for your salvation, having full assurance of your salvation, not having a conscience of sins and not going about trying to establish your own righteousness!*
      Most professing Christians *(like you)* have a false peace that they get from doing works and turning from sin but that cannot save and is very deceptive. But that false peace is usually short lived, at least if they are honest with themselves and are not deceiving themselves.
      *Ceasing our works and resting in Jesus' finished work go hand in hand!*
      Hebrews 4:9-11
      *9There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.* 10For *he that is entered into his rest,* he also hath *ceased from his own works,* as God did from his. 11Let us labour therefore to *enter into that rest,* lest any man fall after the same example of *unbelief.*
      *Believers should not have a conscience of sins, if they believe their sins have been dealt with and purged!*
      Hebrews 10
      2For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers *ONCE PURGED should have had no more conscience of sins.*
      *The blood of bulls and goats could not purge sin! But Jesus did purge our sins!*
      Hebrews 1:3b
      ...Then *he had by himself purged our sins,* sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.
      *If you believe Jesus purged your sin then you should have no more conscience of sins!* See note... (We should always avoid sin as much as we can and we should be responsible for our sin and own it but the point is, we need to know that sin no longer separates us from the Lord and doesn't effect our salvation, because the only righteousness good enough to save is the perfect righteousness of Jesus Christ!)
      *Believers do not go about trying to establish their own righteousness!*
      Romans 10:3
      For they *being ignorant of God's righteousness,* and *going about to establish their own righteousness, HAVE NOT submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.*
      *Believers have FULL assurance of their salvation!*
      Hebrews 10:22a
      let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and *with the FULL ASSURANCE that faith brings,* having our hearts sprinkled *to cleanse us from a guilty conscience...*
      *These are true barometers that can show if you are likely saved or not!*
      *So test yourself and make sure you are even in the faith! That would be, faith that's really in Him and not in yourself!*

      It can be a wandering in the wilderness and not experiencing his love. Where faith is low fear comes in to destroy, but nothing can remove you from his promise to keep you always and forever saved.

    So what do you make of this verse in Timothy?
    "The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity."
    OR this one
    "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 11And such were some of you:"
    See the emphasis on WERE. doesn't it indicate a turning? And what About the verse saying they will NOT enter that do these?

    Isaiah 53:5, But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes, we are healed.
    For salvation, people just need to follow the way they did it in Acts? They were baptized in the water and of the spirit. Here's why! The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. If we are to follow him, we must do the same thing. Death= repentance, Burial = baptism, and resurrection = being filled and rising again from the dead. That's what Acts 2:38 is.
    We must obey the gospel, 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that OBEY NOT THE GOSPEL of our Lord Jesus Christ... Matthew 7:21-23, Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of Heaven; but he that DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER which is in Heaven. St John 3:3-5, EXCEPT a man be born of WATER AND OF THE SPIRIT, he cannot enter into the kingdom of GOD.
    We can't come up with our own gospel. Galatians 1:8-9, But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Don't be cursed. One way for all people. Jews, Gentiles, and Samaritan. Our salvation has to match-up with the scriptures and no scriptures on the subject can be taken away.
    Eternity is TOOO long to be WRONG! st John 5:39, Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.
    The gospels show what Christ has done on the cross for us. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church.
    It's better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd going in the wrong direction. Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, They continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone.       You shouldn’t care what demons believe. We aren’t demons, demons have no hope of salvation. Christ died for sinners, not demons.

    Folks, sad this man has no clue what the gospel declares.where does it state that the believer can reject grace to live for Christ? This is what this man declares. Either we are under the law or grace. A true Christian will walk in grace because we are saved by the grace of God through His faith, Eph. 2:8-9. The believer will fall from time to time but this does not mean he no longer walks by grace. Folks, it is Christ in the true believer that will work out his salvation by the grace of God.

      *In God's eyes imputable sin doesn't exist anymore! Because it has been taken away! That's the only reason we don't see God wiping out cities like He did in the OT!*

      John 3:16 geat verse to start with! For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him SHOULD not perish but have everlasting life. You see Should is a conditional term. if you want a job at walmart then you SHOULD put in a application in order to get the job! same concept. Also if you look in John 3:5 one has to be born again of water and spirit to enter the kingdom of heaven. So if want to enter the kingdom of heaven I SHOULD do what Jesus tells Nicodemus, nine verses earlier! YOU have to use the scriptures in context and understand the concept while using common sense .

      BF it actually is "shall" not perish, and inherit eternal life. Hallelujah. nothing can separate us from the love that is found in Jesus, anyone who believes will inherit eternal life. "take up my yoke, for it is easy" is what Jesus said. Hallelujah
